Primrose School of Canton is an accredited daycare located in the Canton area that offers infant, toddler, preschool, pre-kindergarten and after school programs. For over 40 years Primrose preschools has been a trusted household name and a nationally recognized daycare provider committed to forging a path that leads to a brighter future for all children.
There is a teacher at this location that is very clearly being treated with favoritism and has had several people moved out of their classroom, has been witnessed shoving children, and yelling in their ears. Very inappropriate behavior and very disrespectful towards staff. This teacher has lied on several occasions and made claims that employees are doing x or not doing x and the owner, despite being told otherwise, has turned a blind eye to it altogether, and chooses to put employees into ultimatums instead.

Both of our daughters started their Primrose journey as toddlers at just 18 months old, and we’ve watched them grow and thrive thanks to the incredible teachers and nurturing environment.
Primrose has made an incredible impact on both of our daughters—nurturing their growth, confidence, and love of learning—and we’re so grateful for the teachers who care for them like family.
Beyond just our family, we see how Primrose strengthens the whole community, and we’re proud to be part of a school that shares our values of care, growth, and connection.

We had a great experience with Primrose School Pre-K. The teachers and staff are very caring and patient. They help kids learn, play, and grow with confidence. Our child is more independent and excited to go to school every day. We highly recommend it before Kindergarten! Thanks 🙏

After the experience I had today at their 5 year celebration, I now know that I am not a fan of the environment here. When we arrived my two year old had to use the bathroom. The staff acted like it was a huge imposition for us to be let inside to use the bathroom before enjoying the outdoor activities that they had set up; this is a daycare and they didn't seem empathetic to a child needing to potty, yikes. I thought maybe I was just being overly sensitive, but then they had a foam party that left kids soaking wet. I suggested to the director that it be mentioned to parents before arrival. She cut me off and told me that it was in the flyer and I should have known. However, I double checked and compared the invitation I received, as a family that was invited to see the school for the first time, with the flyer the families who already attend received. The first time families did not, in fact, get notice of the activity that required swimsuits and towels. I circled back and showed it to the director that had cut me off so that she was aware of the lack of information and she didn't even apologize for the way she had treated me before. Then, my children were by the Popsicles and I was actively telling them not to get another one since they had already had more than one. In the middle of this, the same rude director handed my child a popsicle. The lack of respect for families that they were trying to convince to enroll their children here was baffling. I am honestly glad I had this experience before having any further dealings with Primrose.

Our experience has been exceptional so far. We are always greeted with a smiling face and by our names. Our girls thoroughly enjoy coming every day. From the teachers, to the administrative staff and every one in between, we’ve only experienced positive interactions. They truly want the best for the kids and it shows in every aspect. Thank you for taking such good care of our girls!
