- DKDanielle KrauseMay 22, 20255.0We couldn't be happier with our experience at Kindercare-Berkley. We have felt incredibly welcomed and confident that our daughter is safe and in great hands. I appreciate the frequent photo/video updates throughout the day. They keep the app updated hourly. There's a variety of activities - both indoor and outdoor! The facility itself is beautiful and clean , and creates a bright and fun environment for children. There is a large gym and outdoor, gated playground. Lastly, you can't beat the hours! As a Corewell physician, I love being able to drop my daughter off at 6:30am and drive <1mile to the hospital in the morning. Incredibly convenient.

I reached out to management “ we were left with improper management while director was on vacation” to inform them how overwhelmed I was working alone with children who would not listening to me and was completely ignored. I proceeded to tell them if I could not receive help I was going to quit which resulted in them putting me and my son out stating they didn’t want me to cause a scene. You should be concerned with the care your children are receiving while at kindercare. There is a lot of inexperienced people watching the children and they are not taking proper care of them and they do not have proper training regarding caring for children. Please do not send your children here for their safety, they are better off elsewhere.

Neither the center director, Sarah, nor her assistant, Pam, should have careers working with children. You’d never be able to guess that they are both mothers, as they lack essential qualities of empathy and overall humanity. I do not feel comfortable leaving my child somewhere management does not bother to introduce herself to me or take the time to learn my child’s name. Clearly I am not the only one feeling this way as I scroll through the numerous 1 star reviews. It truly baffles me that KinderCare has not addressed the elephant in the room of new management. Yikes!
