  Squirrel Road Kindercare is everything we hoped for and more. During our search for a place for our little one, the staff and facility gave us a feeling of peace knowing our daughter would be here daily. The staff are a bunch of rockstars that have helped her grow. There isn't a doubt in our mind that she is truly loved and cared for by everyone there. She looks forward to her time seeing her friends and teachers, playing outside, doing art, sing alongs, book time, etc... The best part is seeing her growth as a little human as she learns more and more every day. The age appropriate curriculum, activities that challenge them, and group and individual experiences are all fantastic. The staff is responsive to questions and builds relationships with the parents in a open manner that is greatly appreciated. As far as Covid concerns, they have handled everything safely and smoothly with a system that has kept everyone safe. The only downside, and this might be a big one for some, is that your child will eventually be exposed to baby shark. This will inevitably ruin your life for a couple years. However, it is a small price to pay knowing that your child is going somewhere that they will be loved, cherished, and will grow daily. Give them a call and compare like we did and you won't be disappointed.

  We’ve been here for 2 years and the team is excellent at communication with the app and email. We get pictures during the day on the app. There are many fun activities for the kids throughout the day, they rarely repeat. The team is flexible with doctor appointments and odd drop off times. The staff genuinely seems to care about the kids and their development. Despite the pandemic, they’ve updated and communicated their new policies and procedures in a timely manner.

  We have had a wonderful experience with Rainbow Child Care in Auburn Hills! Our baby girl has so much fun and she does so well there! She's learned so much, too!! It's so fun that a daycare teaches her counting, colors and even sign language! It was the cutest thing to see her sign for "help", "all done" and "please"!! Such a great feeling as a working parent to know she's happy and learning! They have also been super awesome with phone calls from me when I'm worried about my baby (if she had a rough morning at home) or if I just miss her and want to hear that she's good. We're so happy! :D (My daughter has been there from about 10-11 months to 2 years (when I wrote this review)) Edited to Add: since my review 2 years ago, we're still very happy with this location! It's now become Squirrel Road Kindercare and I've had a second child to take to daycare. Both of my girls love going to daycare and I feel very involved with their day-to-day! They are really good at updates on their app and the ladies that are in charge are super responsive to messages and calls! The teachers in each classroom love their students and I love their focus on teaching, even with the younger crowd. This is definitely the best place to take your children, especially during such uncertain times as a global pandemic!

  My child has been there for almost a year now and I love the staff and this center! They update you hourly with the progress of your child through their app. As a working mother this takes away the stress from being away from your child. Amy, the director, had been phenomenal in regards to acting quickly if there is a problem and making sure your child's needs are met. They are constantly learning fun and exciting things which my child continues to thrive cognitively and socially. Love this place!

  My child(ren) have been at this center for the last 3.5 years and I can not say enough great things about Rainbow-Auburn Hills. The staff are awesome, caring, and creative individuals who always make my kids feel like they are at their 'home away from home'. The staff take the time to communicate the high and low points of the day with your child, and really work as a team with the parents to determine the best learning/behavior/activity strategies for each child. My children adore their teachers and have so much fun that many days they want to stay later. They have learned so much, and I am so happy to have had these caring people in the early years of my children's life.
