  I could not ask for more out of a childcare facility! My son started in the infant room at 5 months old and as hard as it is to leave your child with someone else, the teachers here made me feel so comfortable and confident that my son would be safe and happy. Communication here is top notch. I get updates and pictures on the app, via phone call, and email. When I call, no matter who I speak with, that person knows who I am, who my son is, and what is currently going on with my son and his classroom. I truly feel like the staff (the teachers, the directors, even the lunch lady!) loves and cares for my son. Our wonderful experience carried over into the toddler room. Upon arrival our son literally runs to his teacher/classroom - that's how much he loves being here! We see him growing and developing everyday as a result of the love and attention he is given in his classroom. The facility, even before COVID procedures, was always clean and welcoming. I could not be happier with our decision to send our son here - I highly recommend it!

  As a new parent, one of the biggest decisions you can make is what daycare your child will go to. When my wife and I were expecting our son, we toured several in the area, and they all seemed great. They were all clean, everyone was nice, and the kids seemed healthy and happy. Choosing felt impossible. I don’t even remember what made us decide to send our son to Auburn Hills KinderCare over any of the other daycares in the area, but I can tell you that it was the best parenting decision my wife and I ever made. Over the years, our son made great friends that he’s now known his whole life, and every single one of his teachers has cared deeply about his safety, health, and development. The things that he’s learned at KinderCare have been amazing. I can distinctly remember the first time my son signed “food” for us in sign language, the first time he pointed at the Moon in the sky and said “Moon”, and the first time he sang “Rain rain go away” when it was raining outside. They weren’t things that he learned at home, so it was like magic when he did them. Our son is starting kindergarten next month and we’re all excited. Having to say goodbye to all of his friends and teachers is difficult, but it feels incredible to know that he’s ready for his next adventure due in large part to the time that he spent at KinderCare.

  Between my two children, we have experienced every classroom at this facility. The teachers are attentive, knowledgeable, and know how to tailor things to meet the needs of each individual child. Kristen, ShaTara, and Julie in the front office are always available and ready to address any questions or concerns. The facility itself is safe and secure and always very clean. Since the pandemic, some procedures have changed but we are always well-informed of any changes and the staff help us through the new processes until we know what we're doing. We never have to question the care our children are getting when we drop them off. We love this center and everyone in it.

  Love this center and the amazing staff who works there! My 3 kids are there and I just can say that I am very thankful for finding a place where I know my kids are safe and happy, each person there is amazing. Before starting with them I searched in several places with not success, but this one is just perfect, I strongly recommend Kindercare Auburn Hills.
