  I am on my second generation of children at the White Marsh Kindercare. My daughter, now 27, went there from ages 2-4, and we chose this center for her daughter when she turned 2. Even though the staff have changed, the things that make this place special remain unchanged. The center is very diverse and includes families that span many races/ethnicities, and backgrounds. The facilities are also great; it's clean and spacious. There are bathrooms in each classroom with the low/small toilets and sinks so little ones can develop and sustain their independence. The outdoor area is engaging and padded to prevent little ones from hurting themselves, and the water play area is my granddaughters favorite weekly Summertime activity. The real gem, however, is the staff. The teachers are simply amazing (back then and especially now). My granddaughter started in the 2-3 year old room in 2024 and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Ms. Mandi and Ms. Danielle loved up on her and all the children. I watched from a distance many times and saw how patient and kind they were with all the children, some of whom were still potty training or just being threenagers. The staff, across all classrooms, also reinforce good habits like handwashing and playing nice with friends. The center leadership is also unparalleled. Ms.Savannah, the Center Director, worked with our family to navigate multiple issues to support my granddaughters enrollment. Ms. Savannah works with families to ensure that the children's needs are met and that families are supported in the process. She is fair, kind, and a great communicator. She is highly responsive and available to families in person, by phone or via email - a true professional with a heart. I recommend this center without hesitation.

  Wonderful Teachers at KinderCare! We are so grateful for the amazing team at KinderCare who care for our daughter Enia. Ms. Amber, Ms. Mandi, Ms. Daniel, and Ms. Katie have been nothing short of incredible — warm, attentive, and truly invested in every child’s growth and happiness. Since starting at KinderCare, Enia has blossomed socially and academically. She comes home every day full of joy, new words, songs, and stories. It’s clear she feels safe, loved, and encouraged in their care. Thank you to these wonderful teachers for creating such a positive and nurturing environment.   We couldn't be happier with our experience at KinderCare. After a previous daycare experience that left us feeling quite disappointed, we were apprehensive, but from day one, KinderCare has exceeded our expectations in every way. One of the standout features for us is their exceptional communication with parents. Their user-friendly app allows us to stay connected throughout the day, providing us with peace of mind. We receive real-time updates, including adorable pictures of our sweet girl, as well as detailed information about her feedings, naps, and diaper changes. This level of transparency is truly appreciated. The care and attention our daughter receives is exceptional. The staff goes above and beyond to engage her in various activities that are not only fun but also crucial for her development. We've seen her skills flourish, thanks to the nurturing environment they provide. In summary, KinderCare is nothing short of amazing. Our daughter's improved mood and developmental progress are a testament to the outstanding care and commitment they offer. We feel fortunate to have found such a caring and dedicated daycare for our child.

  The staff is very friendly and kind. We've been teaching my son sign language to help with his frustration and not being able to verbally commuicate yet. The staff was enthusiastic and quick to help us teach him. He's doing much better. I also really appreciate that they provide food, one less thing for us to prepare or stress over.
