  I had the pleasure of meeting with Terrell Nichols, Admission Representative, who provided a detailed explanation of the courses and tuition costs. After completing a tour of the school and meeting with staff members, it only solidified that I was in the right place. I was extremely impressed and eager to attend a class! I'm excited about starting my esthetician journey. Thanks to Mr. Nichols for his assistance with the admission process!

  Very rude old man that is supposed to greet customers at the front door lacks professionalism or customer service. He acts like people walking in for service are bothering him. I actually hate coming here because of that reason. You have to get here at 7 am (before they open) in order to be permitted to get your hair done. It is pretty sad, this shops closes at 5 pm, we arrived at 11:30 am and was told "we are done have any spots for a wash and curl" for my 8 year old. I am completely disgusted by the lack of courtesy and friendliness that this establishment has. I will try to find a different hair school to take my child to, just because the services are at a decent rate, shouldn't mean that I have to deal with foolishness, period.

  The guy at the front desk with the glasses are Very Rude,disrespectful and talk down on you.I went there to color and blow dry my hair the student went missing for one hour and left the color in my hair this whole time I try to have a conversation with the same guys and trust me his customer service was terrible and he his very unprofessional.I understand it’s a school but you have to teach them the right thing.you can’t have ur clients and go off missing for one hour.I wouldn’t Recommend no one to go their either for school are get ur down.
