The cost of care is significant, and with tuition this high, parents expect those funds to go toward retaining quality educators. Instead, teachers are leaving left and right, feeling unheard, and children are the ones who suffer. The center has been going DOWNHILL, and families are enduring the consequences. It’s time to make serious changes. Invest in your educators or risk LOSING the families who count on you.
- JRJenyfur Segovia RamosAug 14, 20251.0Would like to say this AS A PARENT my son loved it at the beginning has good teachers but after teachers weren't so good my son has a case where he was hit by the teacher and grabbed by that teacher. The teacher lost her job but to find out she was COMING BACK in my sons class AGAIN. Another case a teacher accusing me I called licensing which I never did but of I did I know I have the right as my child safety. I told the teacher you can talk to my husband regards this and said why bring a man, in my head was he is a parent of a student here to top it off assistant director told my husband and I need to let it go when the teacher was the one who started after I said hi. A teacher do young accused my husband from a threat when my husband that time hasn't step a foot in the school. Then recently found out this school got closed due to many other things but never says how some teachers are with kids not parents. Overall they do have very very few teachers there.

Teachers/Educators are really patient and caring when it comes to taking care of your little ones. They bring so much joy to my little boy. Love this place.
- CNCindy NeffJul 15, 20175.0The staff and teachers at Russet Kindercare are amazing! They are kind and caring, and I was so grateful to have our girls spend part of the summer with them. Our girls loved it there (even though the 8-year-old was reluctant to go). They were made to feel immediately at home and part of the group. The 6-year-old woke up every morning asking if it was time to go, and they both had great stories of stuff they did and who they'd met that day. I highly recommend this location.
