As a first-time parent, choosing a daycare felt like one of the biggest decisions we’d ever make. From day one, KinderCare Calverton has felt less like a facility we drop our child off at—and more like a true partner in helping us raise her with care, safety, and intention. I genuinely only have good words to say about this center.
When we first toured KinderCare Calverton, we immediately felt something that’s hard to put into a checklist: a safe space. The teachers and staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive—and that same energy has stayed consistent ever since. The center has great facilities, a solid curriculum, age-appropriate learning materials, and a playground that our child truly enjoys.
What matters most is the progress we’ve watched in our child. At just 16 months, she already knows most of her colors and can communicate her needs in ways that surprise us (in the best way). That kind of growth doesn’t happen by accident—it happens because she’s being taught, encouraged, and cared for every single day.
A huge shout-out to the Infant C teachers and staff who helped lay that foundation: Ms. Martha, Ms. Natalie, Ms. Hulu, and Ms. Patty. Thank you for loving on our child, being patient, and creating a classroom environment where she could thrive.
Our daughter recently transitioned into the toddler class, and we are loving it just as much. Transitions can be tough for little ones, but Ms. Griselda and Ms. Eliyana made it feel smooth and comforting. The daily activities are truly superb—engaging, structured, and clearly designed to support toddler growth and curiosity. We’re so grateful for how thoughtfully you’ve helped her adjust.
Every parent needs someone they can go to with questions, concerns, and those “urgent parent moments.” For us, Mr. Gordon (Center Director) and Ms. Saffiyah (Assistant Director) have been exactly that. They’ve been responsive, helpful, and supportive whenever we needed guidance or reassurance. It makes a big difference knowing leadership is present and involved.
One thing we truly appreciate is how KinderCare Calverton also shows up for families—not just the kids. The grab-and-go breakfast is such a thoughtful touch (especially on hectic mornings), and the parent engagement activities make the community feel real. Events like Trunk or Treat and Spirit Week create fun memories for both parents and children and make the center feel like a place where families belong.
If you’re looking for a daycare where your child will be cared for, taught, celebrated, and supported—while you also feel supported as a parent—KinderCare Calverton is exactly that. We’re grateful we found this center, and even more grateful for the people inside it who make it special every day.
