  We enrolled our 2 year old at the Trellis Lane location hoping for a supportive preschool environment. Over time, we were told there were frequent behavioral concerns, including serious allegations. However, when we requested documentation, there was only one incident report on file and no consistent behavioral tracking until the week we withdrew. We were not always notified immediately of same day incidents. Our child was often removed from the classroom when overwhelmed rather than supported within the group. Communication and reporting decreased after staffing changes, and staff turnover appeared frequent. After requesting clearer documentation and a formal plan, we made the decision to withdraw due to safety and supervision concerns. We encourage parents to ask detailed questions about documentation practices, incident reporting timelines, staffing consistency, and how emotional regulation is supported in the classroom.

  Amazing daycare, with great staff and teachers who treated our son wonderfully and like one of their own. Our son attended here for over 1 year and was in the infant and toddler rooms. Highly recommended, and we wish we could have taken this daycare with us when we moved!

  For my daughter and I’s first daycare experience KinderCare has definitely set the bar high! I can name many teachers that have made a positive impact on my daughter in the one year she has been attending. Miss Dana, the director sat with me for over an hour when I was daycare hunting! Something no other daycare did and really went into depth about how she runs the place.I left knowing where to put my daughter and I’m so glad I did! Miss Jess who is no longer at the daycare but one of my daughter’s first teachers when she was a toddler, even after graduating to the Twos classroom Miss Jess still holds a special place in my daughter’s heart. Miss Tally and Miss Jada are so sweet to her and my daughter loves them as well! Mr Brad who is new is also so kind! When he started in her classroom my daughter refused to leave because of how much fun she was having and when she arrives he’s usually one of the first she runs to. He has brought so much order and routine to her class. My list goes on about the teachers they are all great! You can see the genuine love they each have for my daughter and it makes me so happy to see.

  KinderCare has been such a blessing for my family. We feel very welcomed always by the team and trust that our little angel is receiving the absolute best care in the area. He comes in smiling and leaves out smiling. The classrooms are always very organized and well managed with tons of activities for the kiddos. I take pride in knowing that they are also teaching the children good early learning skills not just babysitting. We are truly grateful for everyone at the Trellis Lane KinderCare!
