My son was at another daycare and had a terrible experience and we weren’t sure if he would ever settle into a daycare after that. The day I went into Kindercare for a tour, Pina and Amanda were so kind, understanding, knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming. I honestly knew after 2 minutes of speaking with them, this place would be different. They worked with my family to get my son on a schedule that they felt would work best for his transition, you could tell, they know what they are doing. The next day, I committed to this daycare and I have never looked back. My son is thriving! He loves going to school to see his teachers, Ms. Kelly and Ms. Stephanie. He has friends, he’s safe, he’s learning so much, and he’s happy! Ms. Kelly and Ms. Stephanie are AMAZING! They truly care about the kids and their well-being. I am so thankful for this daycare! I toured numerous daycares and nothing even came close! 10/10 recommend!

No one ever called me back despite one lady even promising me they’d call me back that day. I guess none of the Kindercares In Massachusetts want to allow new children to enroll. I’m not sure if it’s a race thing or what, but this is ridiculous.

Your child care is the best of the best. The value exceeds the cost. Everyone is treated exactly the same. No exceptions. Truly changed the way I feel when my son's not with me. Her teachers are so loving and the app they use that provides parents with real-time updates and photos is amazing. Their health and safety standards have been excellent during the pandemic and we feel as safe as we possibly could be.
- BFBrian FierimonteNov 4, 20155.0Lets see…..my wife and I, my brother and sister in law, my sister in laws brother and wife, all the grand parents who interact with the staff – we all can’t say enough great things about our experience. I’m hesitant to mention any particular teachers names with the risk of leaving someone out because the entire staff consistently exceeds expectations on a daily basis. I wish I could attach a video of our child who claps when we pull into the parking lot. We highly recommend this Kindercare location in Wakefield MA.
