My son has been attending Stoneham KinderCare since he was 11 months old, starting in the infant classroom. Now, at almost 17 months, he has transitioned to the toddler room, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the love and care he receives every single day.
From the moment we walked through the doors, I knew this was the right place for us. Every member of the staff, whether they’ve been his direct teacher or not, knows and adores him. The level of care and attention he receives is beyond what I could have hoped for.
I’m kept updated throughout the day with every diaper change, meal, and snack, along with pictures and videos of him engaged in learning, free play, circle time, arts and crafts, and so much more. I also receive personalized notes sharing fun moments from his day, as well as notifications about illnesses going around, upcoming events, and themed spirit days like “Dress to Impress” or “Crazy Hair Day.”
One of the many amazing things about Stoneham KinderCare is their monthly “Parent’s Night Out”—a thoughtful after-hours event that gives us parents a well-deserved break while knowing our little ones are in great hands. Another huge bonus? They provide morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack—including milk! This takes a huge weight off my shoulders during busy evenings, and the meals are both nutritious and delicious.
Beyond all of this, Stoneham KinderCare is truly a support system. They have been there for both me and my son during tough times, offering not just childcare but genuine compassion and understanding.
A special mention must go to Heather, the director, who has a heart of gold. She is not only an incredible leader but also someone I trust and feel comfortable talking to on a personal level.
My son and I adore Stoneham KinderCare, and I can’t recommend them enough. If you’re searching for a daycare where your child will be loved, nurtured, and truly cared for, look no further. We are so thankful for each and every staff member—you all mean the world to us!
Thank you a million times over!

Teachers and admin staff provide warm, supportive and loving environment where our daughter has fun, learns and is very happy to spend her day. We couldn't have asked for more from a school during her first years!

We had the most horrible experience here and should have taken the previous bad reviews seriously. I'm glad we pulled her out because it was an absolute torture for my child. The LO was scared all the time and kept saying " the school not good.. Ms. XXXX not good" (I wont even go into more details of what LO has told). Everyday the situation was getting worse rather than the kid becoming comfortable. LO is very social and thriving in new school within days and clearly tells me "this school is good and I'm happy" School is meant to be a happy place and not have a fearful environment. And for paying a premium price, the facility is not clean, feels like teachers doing the job just for the sake of it, changing constantly, low quality food (also not allowing home food), teachers bringing their child inside the facility with outside Dunkin Donut food, but parents not even allowed to see the facility despite following all protocols. The Center director also didn't seem to bother with these concerns and doesn't seem to care either.

Both of my sons are currently attending this facility three days a week and our family has been extremely happy here. My older son started when he was 2.5 and he is now almost 4.5 in the preschool program. I also have a younger son who started in the infant room at 10 months and he is now almost 2. Both of my sons run into school happily each morning at drop-off. I look forward to connecting with their teachers in the morning and telling them funny stories of events from over the weekend. I have been on the parent committee for almost a year which has made our experience at Kindercare all the richer. I have first-hand knowledge of the thoughtfulness that goes into their safety and enrichment each day. Feedback and input are both very welcome and validated by management. The teachers make efforts to connect parents together and the entire staff and school is a wonderful community that I am happy to be a part of. The hours are extremely flexible and I feel that the food they provide is healthy and thoughtful (and better yet, I do not have to pack lunches!). My younger son has a peanut allergy and this facility has been extremely helpful and understanding about it. I highly recommend this facility and am forever grateful for the role they have had in the development of my children.
