  If I could give this childcare center more than 5 stars, I would! Amazing staff and teachers, they care for the children like their own. Lots of interactive play and extra activities every week. Great hours and reasonably priced. Highly recommend this center, I wouldn't take my child anywhere else.

  Due to health complications, we used a nanny for the first year of my son's life. When the situation changed, we needed to select a daycare. Naturally, I was terrified of making the wrong choice. Over a year later, I can honestly say that choosing KinderCare Plainville has been one of few parenting decisions where I feel totally confident. We enrolled my son at KinderCare Plainville when he was 16 months old. He wailed at drop offs, which left me in tears as well, but I was assured by the staff that he recovered the minute I was out of sight. I must have called three or four times every day for his first week, and each time, I was able to speak to a teacher in his classroom and get a detailed report on how he was adjusting. The teachers and staff are truly amazing at this facility. They are so genuinely kind and caring. Jess, the director, and Stephanie, the assistant director, are always available and actually know every kid. And I don't mean they just know their names. When I pick my son up, they usually both have stories about him from the day. Even teachers in other classrooms knew him and would say hi to him all the time. It is a very close-knit group, and they are phenomenal with communication. Jess always sends emails, texts, newsletters, etc. with lots of helpful information. KinderCare also has an app that is the BEST! I get photos throughout the day showing what my son is doing and updates about his eating, potty, etc. I get to see him smiling and having fun so which makes it a lot less stressful for me at work. I also love that they make a point of being sure to get the kids lots of outside time. This is so great for them and helps manage excessive toddler energy. They offer lunch (two options per day) which is a huge help on days/weeks that are a little hectic. The toddler classroom does tons of creative activities. I'm always impressed with the projects, crafts and use of the sensory tables. My son has learned a lot, which is credit in part to KinderCare's strong curriculum. I really can't say enough positive things about this group. Our experience has been excellent.

  Great school for my daughter! Very secure and safe feeling there. The place is very clean and they do a good job of notifying you of upcoming events.
