The staff seemed disorganized and lacked proper communication. There were multiple instances where I was not informed about important updates or changes to my child's schedule. On top of that, the facility was often not clean, and I noticed that some toys and play areas were in poor condition. My child seemed unhappy during drop-offs, and after a few weeks, I noticed they were becoming more anxious, which made me even more concerned about the environment. When I tried to address these issues with the management, I didn’t receive a satisfactory response. It felt like my concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously. I ultimately decided to find a better daycare for my child, where I feel confident they will receive the care and attention they deserve. I wouldn’t recommend this daycare to other African American parents. It’s just not worth the stress and uncertainty. I am extremely upset and disappointed with my experience at this daycare. I trusted them to care for my children, but what I didn’t expect was for my personal information to be shared without my written or verbal consent. This breach of privacy is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I have always been clear about my expectations for confidentiality, and I never gave permission for any of my family’s sensitive details to be shared with others. Finding out that this occurred without my approval has completely shaken my trust in the daycare’s practices and their ability to respect privacy.
