  My daughter has been in a couple of different Kindercare from Texas to Massachusetts and this Kindercare was by far the best and my absolute favorite , from her wonderful and attentive teachers Jazmine and Jessica to the amazing director Jenna that was always accessible understanding and helpful . I adore everyone at this place and would absolutely recommend them .

  I was super nervous about sending my first child to daycare, but he absolutely loves it here! He adores his teachers and sometimes doesn’t even want to leave at the end of the day. The staff shows him so much love, care, and attention, which makes me feel completely at ease knowing he’s in such good hands. Thank you all for always working with us and supporting him in every way he needs, we’re so grateful for everything you do!

  We love the North Andover Kindercare on Chickering Rd! As first time parents we were super nervous about infant care, but this school truly made things so easy. The director and assistant director, Jenna and Katryna, are always so kind and helpful and getting a start date was super easy when it seemed like some schools made it a bit more difficult. AND I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH AMAZING THINGS ABOUT THE INFANT TEAM! All the teachers are so amazing and super willing to help answer whatever millions of questions we have. We know our son is so well cared for and truly loved! Something I also love is the school app. The teachers post pictures throughout the day to show us all the fun things our baby is doing! It makes the workday so much easier when I can see photos of how happy he is :) Thank you kindercare team for all you do! I cannot recommend you enough !

  I gave this center one star because I couldn’t leave that part blank. My son luckily only went here for a year before I made a complete career change in order to get him out. Teacher turn over rate is extremely high. One day I walked in and had a toddler room teacher screaming at my kid for not sitting with the others…. He was 15 months at the time. There were a few other small issues like filthy rooms, etc. but the straw that broke the camel’s back was when my son was significantly hurt, which lead to a hospital stay and no one at the center could explain how or what happened. This is by far the worst place for your child. I feel bad for the children still in this center.

  Have been here since January and our son is doing so well in the infant room. We know Pat and Ruth take such great care of him!! As hard as it is to go to work and not be with him every day, we know he is well taken care of! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great daycare facility!
