  As both a toddler teacher and a proud parent of a child enrolled at KinderCare in Melrose, I can say without hesitation that this center is the best of the best. It is everything you could ever hope for in a childcare facility and so much more. From the moment you walk through the doors, there is a warmth, a sense of belonging, and a genuine love that radiates from every corner of the building. It doesn’t just feel like a daycare it feels like family. As a new starting teacher in the program myself, I hold incredibly high standards for early childhood care and education, and I am in awe every day at the level of excellence, dedication, and heart that this team pours into their work. The teachers at this center are nothing short of phenomenal. They don’t just "watch" children they see them, know them, and understand them. They take the time to build real, meaningful connections with each child and their family, and it shows in every smile, every interaction, and every carefully crafted activity. These are educators who are deeply knowledgeable about childhood development, and they use that expertise to tailor their classrooms to meet each child's individual needs, interests, and growth. It's intentional. It's thoughtful. It's inspiring. As a parent, I cannot express how much it means to know that my child is in a place where he is not only safe and cared for but loved, supported, challenged, and celebrated for exactly who he is. I see his confidence growing, his curiosity blooming, and his joy radiating. I see the impact this community has made on his life and ours and I am endlessly grateful. As a teacher in a different classroom, I also have the unique privilege of witnessing the behind-the-scenes magic. What you see on the surface is only the beginning. This team is made up of the most passionate, committed, and skilled educators I’ve ever worked alongside. They uplift one another, collaborate, and continuously strive to give their absolute best. The level of professionalism, care, and integrity within this center is unmatched. KinderCare as a company has built something truly extraordinary here in Melrose. It’s more than a childcare center it’s a place where children thrive, families feel connected, and teachers are empowered to do their life’s best work.   We have had a great experience transitioning our 12 month old to Melrose KC. She is happy, and the teachers and staff genuinely cared about making us feel comfortable and a part of the KC community <3

  Absolutely thrilled with Melrose Kindercare. From day one, the teachers have been nothing short of amazing. They are warm, attentive, and truly care about each child’s development. My daughter loves going to daycare every day. She wakes up excited, eager to see her teachers and friends. I’m so impressed with how much she has learned already. The teachers foster a nurturing and fun environment, and it’s clear they go above and beyond to support each child’s individual needs. I couldn’t be happier with our experience.

  Do your research and pay attention, I wish I would have noticed the warning signs. I chalked it all up to just being a toddler---but it wasn't. My little one was pushed into an inappropriate age group to help boast their corporate push to overfill. I noticed disengagement and spent way too long trying to figure out if it was them or us. Immediately after we made the choice to leave and our child was with toddlers again and was once again happy to go to school, screaming at drop off stopped, they began talking and engaging again. Most of the teachers are trying to do their part--leadership needs to take accountability for their practices that do not have the child's development as the priority.

  We have had two kids who have been through Kindercare in Melrose and we couldn't be happier. The teachers feel like family and it is so friendly and personal. Our kids love going and we're sad our oldest is aging out soon!
