Shauna and Danielle are great at keeping parents informed and updated, the classrooms are always clean, and our son absolutely loved his teachers. The infant teachers truly care for their babies and have so much fun with them. 10/10 would recommend Braintree Kindercare for anyone looking for a safe, fun place for their babies!!

Our kids have been obsessed with teachers in each class along the way which has made it so much easier. They provide great meals throughout the days, and the staff is always willing to work with your schedule. Highly recommend!

I removed my daughter after having bruises on both Sides of her face in the care of Michaela and Lauren. Somehow my daughter would be left alone for so long she had huge holes in her shirt from chewing. This only became a habit when she was in this daycare which I am sure was From stress and nervousness. Spoke to SHANNON more than 7 times in a span of One month. I thought this place would be professional with all the branches they have. But I was so wrong. 2.My child came home in bruises and scratches With no explanation. And yes I discussed this with the director of the school. Nothing changed 3.Witnessed a worker pick up food from the floor and put it Into my child’s plate My Child was 17 months when she entered this childcare center 4. Spoke to the director about 7 times on all these issues and she always said she was going to work on it and absolutely nothing changed! 5. Witnessed another child jump on my child. Mine was screaming crying and no one was watching 5. Sent phots of my child crying and chewing her clothes. (Instead of being educational and telling her no) 6. Witnessed teacher get mad because a child wanted to be held. Which is how a child finds comfort. They are adjusting! 7. My child came home EXTREMELY thirsty everyday. (Sign of neglect and abuse) 8. Teachers complained they didn’t know what to do about my daughters chewing issue but never brought in help (additional care taker) until I asked them if they To which should be procedure
