  Such an AMAZING center! My 20 month old has been going since she was 6 months old and she absolutely adores it. The teachers and directors take such good care of her and always keep us in the loop. We feel so comfortable sending our new baby there in a few months. Thanks for everything Mercantile team!

  I want to say of first by saying if you want your children to get hurt all the time don't send them here! I picked up my son from school to realize his tooth was cracked when I addressed the school they had no idea how it happened. I was always signing papers of my sons getting hurt but the weird part is they never seem to get hurt they way they do there. The sit in the front office and are loud and do nothing. I had one teacher say me son looked like her I thought that was very odd. I'm pretty sure he my son the last and final straw is there a huge sercuityy and safety concern I told them to no release my children to my husband cause of a recent dv situation, they didn't take me seriously and still did. After filing a restraining order I told them again do no release my children to him and that my friend would come pick them up. They didn't even ask for my friend name just said bring an id but I said don't you need her name to match her id.this is very scary cause apparently anyone can grab your kids and they don't change the code to the door. My husband showed up at the school and I went into the class to grab them and they tried holding my kids hostage I called 911 and was told they can't do that! They also made a false statement to dcf who hasn't even opened a case. And they put me and my children at huge risk and told me to go sit in the hallway for the police meanwhile he was out there! My kids will never go to this center again! The only good teacher there is Mrs charmin and it's very sad cause my son loved her besides that this place should be shut down this is the 2nd kinder care we have had a bad experience at!

  My son has attended Kindercare full-time for the last year and a half (since he was six months old) and my husband and I feel so lucky to have this center in our neighborhood. The Director, Kyra is on top of everything, and our son’s teachers are so loving and knowledgeable. Putting an infant into daycare is a hard decision, but the whole team made us feel comfortable from day one. Since moving to the toddler room last fall, our son’s language skills have skyrocketed and he talks about his friends and teachers constantly. The programming is really great - we love seeing what he’s been up to during the day on the app. Also, the new space looks beautiful and should open any day now. We can’t wait!

  While Ms. Kaitlyn and Ms. Lisa are amazing managing this kindercare location I want to brag about our teacher Ms. Charmaine. We are so lucky to have her. She is experienced warm persistent patient loving. My daughter keeps talking about Ms. Charmaine and it is so good for us to feel this trust. Of course I love that this location has big open windows to the street and that the snacks are healthy. Can I put a 6 star review here? A 10 star? More?
