Strategic Behavioral Solutions (SBS) is an insurance-based provider of behavior-analytic interventions and was first established in 2013. We design programs to teach valuable and necessary skills that enrich the lives of our clients and those surrounding them. SBS’ board-certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) thoroughly evaluate behavior and interview caregivers to carefully develop behavior treatment plans unique to our client's needs. Well-trained para-professionals and graduate students of applied behavior analysis consistently work alongside caregivers so that the behavioral goals of our clients are met with efficacy, ethics, and scientific fidelity.

I’ve been incredibly impressed with the level of professionalism and care at this behavioral health clinic. The staff is not only knowledgeable and compassionate, but also exceptional when it comes to communication with parents. They keep you informed every step of the way and truly partner with families to support each child’s unique needs. It’s clear they genuinely care about the well-being and progress of the children they work with. Highly recommend!

(Why would a company continuously try and take down a review if it’s wasn’t true ? )
After dedicating three years to Strategic Behavioral Solutions, I find myself deeply disappointed and disillusioned with both the company's practices and its treatment of employees. Initially, I was optimistic about the opportunity and believed this would be a long-term career. Unfortunately, over time, it became clear that this company prioritizes profit over people, particularly its employees and the children they “claim to serve”…
I’ve come to realize that the company’s business model seems to exploit young professionals, offering little to no room for growth or meaningful advancement. Despite my dedication, I was often treated as just another number. Once I could no longer contribute to the bottom line, it became apparent that I was no longer valued.
One of the most concerning issues is the unethical practices within the company, including a failure to provide proper insurance for transportation… For the entirety of my employment, I was asked to transport clients without the necessary coverage in place. This is not only irresponsible but could have exposed both the company and myself to serious legal consequences, had an accident occurred.
While the company claims to prioritize individuals with autism, the actions of its leadership suggest that these claims are secondary to financial gains. It is disheartening to witness a lack of transparency and accountability, especially when the CEO’s personal connection to the cause seems to have had little impact on the company’s culture and operations.
Before my termination and shortly before taking a mental health leave, the CEO, Olta Kodra, made a statement in which she expressed that she didn’t care about the personal struggles of her employees outside of work. She openly admitted to having no empathy for the challenges her staff were facing and made it clear that those concerns were irrelevant to her.
This lack of basic human decency and professionalism was staggering and ultimately contributed to the toxic environment I began to find myself in.
The level of unprofessionalism I endured during my time at Strategic Behavioral Solutions is beyond disappointing. What was once a great team has been slowly diminished over time, largely due to the CEO’s inability to value and support her employees. It’s a sad reality.
I encountered numerous instances where I was asked to perform tasks that were outside the scope of my professional responsibilities as a Behavior Technician. On several occasions, I was expected to take on personal duties, such as pay rent for the CEO’s mother ? handle returns that involved significant financial amounts etc.. These requests were not only inappropriate but also completely unrelated to my role, which was meant to focus on providing direct support to clients, not performing personal errands.
The truth of these practices will eventually be exposed, and I trust that when it does, the full scope of the damage will be apparent.

My Son has been receiving services with SBS since 2021 and I can truly say that the staff here are amazing. His BCBA is an absolute rockstar and has been with us since day one. She truly cares about the kids and their families, even outside the center and the services they provide. We have had a challenging couple of years and his BCBA and BT’s have been so incredibly helpful and kind. The level of support I have received as the parent from his BCBA has been priceless and quite frankly like nothing I’ve ever experienced with other providers. From IEP meetings, touring out of district placements together, connecting with other providers to support my son and more, SBS is truly focused on the child’s entire world and what they need to flourish in this world. We feel so incredibly blessed to have found our dream team and my son loves everyone there as much as me. If you want somewhere where you feel like family, that truly loves and respects your children, and is flexible to their needs and at they pace and has a beautiful culture of inclusion, this is the place for your child. Thank you SBS!!!
