  The director staff is always quick to answer any questions or concerns we have with professional and timely responses. We have had the pleasure of getting to know every teacher and have seen the care and effort they put in every day. The KinderCare app is one of a kind when it comes to communication and we really enjoy seeing class updates and photos of our child each day.

  It's incredible how they allow the teacher of the 3-year-old group to smell so much like cigarette smoke. They should make a so much better selection of personnel who meet the requirements to maintain the health of the children

  I love Kindercare Lake Charles. My child is treated equally and fairly.Also , the fact that they adjust to my child needs . It means so much to me , forever grateful .

  Stay AWAY!!!! This place looks nothing like the website pictures. The building needs to be renovated. Even when they clean the place still looks dirty.The tuition is almost $200 a week for that price you would think you are getting the best care for your child. You're not my child attended 3weeks. Her last week she was bit 3times within that one week. The owner did not do enough when the first bit happened so that caused my child to be biten two more time. And all 3bites were from the same child.On top of the biting my child was dirty every time I can to pick her up. They did not even have the decency to wipe my child's face at the end of the day. I have walked in on the staff giving the children water out of the faucet more than one time. You would think for almost $200 a week. They would at least give the kids bottled water. I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog sitter. Worst daycare I have ever been to. Don't waste your money or put your child at risk
