  If I could give Primrose School at Old Henry Crossing 100 stars, I absolutely would. This school has been nothing short of life-changing for our family. Both of my children have attended from infancy all the way through Pre-K, and I can say with complete confidence that there is no place I would trust more with their safety, care, growth and happiness. From the very beginning, the level of love, attention, and professionalism we experienced was unmatched. Leaving a tiny infant in someone else’s care is one of the hardest things a parent can do, but the teachers here made it feel easy. They treated my babies like their own, always going above and beyond to ensure they were safe, nurtured, and truly known as individuals. As my children grew, I was constantly amazed by how much they were learning not just academically, but socially and emotionally. The Balanced Learning approach is incredible. My daughter didn’t just walk into kindergarten prepared, she walked in confident, curious, and excited to learn. They developed real friendships, learned kindness and empathy, and built a strong foundation that I know will stay with them for years. The staff is what truly sets this school apart. Every single teacher, administrator, and support staff member brings warmth, energy, and genuine passion to what they do. You can feel it the moment you walk in the door. It’s not just a school, it’s a community. Communication has always been excellent, and I’ve never once felt out of the loop when it comes to my children. The building is always clean, organized, and welcoming, and the attention to detail in everything from lesson planning to special events is incredible. They celebrate the kids, the families, and every milestone along the way. Choosing Primrose at Old Henry Crossing is hands down one of the best decisions we’ve ever made as parents. Watching both of my children grow from babies into confident, capable children in this environment has been such a gift. I am endlessly grateful for the love, care, and education they’ve received here. If you’re even considering this school, do it. You will not regret it.

  One of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make is who to trust with my children. We've attended both this location and the other Primrose in Louisville and feel so lucky to have our girls at these schools. My girls are safe are happy and are learning which is one of the best gifts I could receive. Thank you!
