  I am writing to express concern about the safety of children at Kinder Care, located at 3199 Custer Drive, Lexington, KY. At approximately 10:45 am, I witnessed four toddlers, aged 2-4, unsupervised in the road. The teacher appeared distracted despite having a large class outside. I am alarmed that the facility's fences, equipped with locks to prevent escape, were ineffective. I immediately contacted the school and law enforcement. I urge parents who entrust their children to this daycare to reconsider, as this incident highlights a disturbing lapse in supervision. The children's safety was compromised, and they were at risk of being struck by an oncoming truck that I had to stop. I implore parents to be vigilant and ensure their children's well-being.   We love it. My son is non verbal autistic so finding quality childcare has been a challenge. When I drop him off he is always smiling. He loves his teacher Ms. Terra. She is amazing. I get pictures all day of my little guy playing and hanging out with his little friends. I get updated about all of his activities. Making payments is a breeze and the director and office staff have always went above and beyond to help make sure I understand everything and all the payments, which is very important to me. The newest director is amazing, I have even seen her in the classroom several times helping out. she is very involved with her staff and kids. I can go about my day and know my little guy is taken care of. His disability does come with challenges but Custer KinderCare staff never leave him out. They always include Aiden and make sure he is involved in the classroom and all the activities going on. All the rooms are very safe, even with his tendency to run they are always ready and take extra protective steps to keep my little guy safe. We have tried other daycares and no wheres I have taken him is as caring, trustworthy and inclusion geared as Custer KinderCare. The fact that they have never made either one of us feel out of place or not welcomed is refreshing. It feels like family here. As long as Aiden has to be in daycare this is the only one I trust him to be enrolled at. Unlike other places there are no hidden fees or extra charges the staff and director explained everything and made sure I understood what I was signing and made sure I was comfortable with everything. There was no pressure during the tour, you could tell they genuinely want your family to be happy and comfortable. They go the extra mile to make sure when you leave your kid there you leave knowing everything is good.

  Great Staff My Grandson has been going to this location for over a year. The staff and teachers are wonderful. The environment is caring and he learns something new everyday!
