My son has been going here since he was 6 weeks old! They are absolutely amazing. They keep me updated throughout the day and truly care for all the kiddos there. Anissa does an outstanding job taking care of the center and Maribel is truly a gem as well! If you are looking for a place that will love your kiddo’s as much as you do it’s here!!! The atmosphere is positive & family like.

We’ve had our son in daycare here in the infant room since he was 12 weeks old and it’s been a great experience. We love the updates on feedings, diapers, and naps along with picture and videos throughout the day in the app. It’s comforting to know how his day is going while I’m at work. I was so worried about daycare naps when we started but they’ve managed to make it work and I always get a happy, smiley baby back at the end of the day. I also feel good about their Covid-19 precautions including all staff wearing masks, symptom and temperature checks for kiddos, and parents not allowed within the center.

I had my two daughters age 3 and 3ish months at this location. We had just left a very abusive situation and the facility was well aware of what happened. So yes certain precautions were put in place My kids are not allowed to be picked up by anyone but me my mom and my stepdad which are the grandparents to the kids. My oldest daughter has very severe separation anxiety with me and her younger sister. So I told the staff that at anytime the kids aren’t in an activity or in the middle of something if my oldest wanted to go see her little sister which was in a different class room I would have no problem with it. I also said that if she’s freaking out or having a really bad melt down to call me and inform me of what’s going on what started it etc , and if my daughter chose to talk to me I would gladly talk to her if it would help her calm down since her separation anxiety is so bad. My daughters went to this location one day. That is it and my oldest daughter is still scared to go to school and it’s been almost a year. The very first day my oldest daughter was very very excited to go to school and really happy about going which I was so thankful for! I dropped both of my daughters off around 630 am and I wouldn’t pick them up until 6 at night due to my work schedule. The first I picked them up a little bit early because it was the first day and wanted to see how their day went. When I walked into the facility my daughter was sitting on the bench right by the front bathrooms. She wasn’t crying but she was clearly upset. I immediately asked what was wrong and she said “I just wanted to talk to you.” Now when I first walked in her face was being covered by her hands. She covers her face when she’s scared. I gently pull her hands away from her face and much to my surprise her face is completely red, swollen around the eyes, her eyes are bloodshot, a “rash” was over the bridge of her nose, and she was still very upset. I asked what was going on and of course the director and her actual teacher had already left for the day. So I asked the other teachers what happened. All they could say was she was crying after she got up from her nap at 1:45 crying for me and wouldn’t calm down. Granted this is at 530 pm !! She was crying that entire time no one contacted me. So we leave and she starts talking about how her teacher said if my daughter didn’t stop crying then her mommy wouldn’t want to talk her home or love her anymore and that if she wants to act like a little baby then she can go to the baby room and sit with the babies. On top of that she starts saying that it’s hard to breath and her nose feels funny and since the “rash” was over her nose I didn’t want her to have a allergic reaction to something so I took her to the emergency room. And they ran tests and had proven that it was a CHEMICAL BURN!!! I asked my oldest daughter what happened again and she said the “mean lady cleaning the toys sprayed me in the face”. The female doctor is thoroughly checking her out for anything other marks or bruises. She lifts up my daughters lip and her gums have blood in them, we don’t know from what my daughter never told us exactly what happened with that but the doctor said it looked like someone back handed her and they were wearing a ring and it the ring hit her gums just right and caused a blood vessel to pop. So obviously she doesn’t go back to this facility. But I did go back the next morning and try and get some answers from the director and her teacher. When I’m talking to the vice director? I don’t know what her technical title is, my daughters teacher comes up behind me, screaming at me while I’m holding my younger daughter saying my oldest has anger issues and that I need to parent her better and that I’m irresponsible with my kids and honestly after she started saying stuff like that to me I tuned her out and walked away and went back to talking to the director. I immediately get all of my daughters things and move locations. Do not send your or anyone’s kids here!!! Not this location at all!! Horrible!
