  Tried to book a tour but the staff were rude, nonchalant and unprofessional. Think twice before sending your little ones here.

  My wife and I were supposed to tour this place and we were given a set time to visit and 30 minutes before our tour we were called by an employee and told that the tour was cancelled because they didn’t feel like doing it today. The employee then proceeded to say that they don’t even know why we were given a tour date because they were full and didn’t have the capacity to take my toddler. The employee made a snarky remark and then slickly said “would you still like a tour?” When my wife said “yes what day and time works for you?” The employee snapped and said,”Actually I don’t like your tone, you’re no longer welcome to tour MY facility” and then hung up. If this is the type of rude and unprofessional behavior that this place fosters then I’m glad our tour was canceled cause it seems like we dodged a bullet.

  ***UPDATE 3/20/2026** I closed my daughters account because payments are still a mess and tge discrimination is continuing. I went in Wednesday with my 5 year old and 2 week old son m The director immediately started acting hostile and told me I couldn't be there and I had to go outside. I told her I just wanted my daughter's nap blanket and then we'd be on our way. Instead of getting my daughters blanket and preventing me from getting it myself, shr called thd poluce. The officer told me to report to the state which I will do along with a lawsuit for all the discrimlination I've endured. I may even contact the media since they're trying so hard to silence me. I was placed on leave for being unprofessional but this director was being hostile and calling the piluce for nothing in front of MY children!! I doubt ahe gets put on leave for hef behavior like I was though.*** Three of the 5 star reviews are from staff. They can't keep a consistent pre k teacher. My daughter has only attended for maybe 6 months and they're already looking to hire a 3rd pre k teacher. Payments are never processed properly and they are a never ending constant problem that is never resolved. The new director has sp8ke to me on 2 occasions aside im her child rather than one of the families. I reported neglect in rhe infant room and instead of resolving it they placed me on leave to prevent ne from speaking to the investigation.

  The Lenexa Kindercare has been a great fit for our son. The facilities are well cared for and his teachers have been great.

  My son has been very happy at Lenexa Kindercare. He loves the teachers and all the activities they do. All the teachers and staff we have encountered have been great. I feel very comfortable with everyone here.
