I started my Journey here in 2020 and did the Esthetician Program, and while my program was amazing and I enjoyed it so much, their programs at Entourage Institute have only improved tremendously as the years go by. Our Campus Director Serene has such a big heart for every student and staff member and creates such a welcoming/enjoyable environment for learning and helping our students begin their journey in this field. I have now worked here for almost 3 years now and I can proudly say that I LOVE my job and everyone that I work with. If you’ve been unsure on coming in, this is your sign to book that tour or service you’ve been on the fence about! You will not regret stopping in to see us 🤗

I have a coworker, Maddie that is going thru schooling here and I thought I would try a facial with her. I am now going every 2 weeks! Maddie loves skincare, is very knowledgeable and loves sharing what she knows with her clients. I learn more about my skin every time I go.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Supervisors Need Serious Accountability
I understand and respect that the individuals here are students who are working hard to build their careers and I truly applaud their effort and dedication.
My issue is not with the students. The students are doing their best and deserve praise.
The problem is the supervisors and management who clearly have no respect for clients time or follow through.
Last week I called five times trying to book a consultation for hair extensions. Each time my call was hung up on or dropped. I finally reached a receptionist who booked my appointment for Wednesday.
When I arrived I was told the stylist was on a leave of absence and that my appointment was scheduled wrong.
The same receptionist whose voice I recognized blamed another receptionist and said she had to talk to her supervisor.
They fit me in for a consultation and the supervisor J told me she would call Friday after contacting the extensions company.
She said to keep Thursday open for the full appointment, taking out the current extensions, full color, and new extensions. I left feeling hopeful and excited.
Today, Friday arrived, I waited, and waited, no call no message nothing. I called at 3:00 pm, they said J was off until Tuesday and that they had just decided not to really do extensions anymore. That tells me she never planned to follow up and was just getting me off the phone. (FYI, I think her name was J, that is who the receptionist kept saying).
The students here are talented, kind, and truly trying to make something of themselves and I am proud of them!
The supervisors however are a complete disappointment. They lack communication skills, organization, and basic professionalism.
Their inability to follow through or take responsibility, is what creates chaos along with frustration for clients like myself.
If you decide to come here, great, do it for the students because they deserve it!
However, I warn you to prepare yourself for the mess created by supervisors who clearly have no idea how to lead.

I have gone to school here since July 2025 and I have loved my time here so far. I have learned an exponential amount in these past 4 months. I feel so much more confident in my ability to do hair! The Cosmetology instructors definitely know what they are doing and always have answers to my questions. I also love the campus director, Serene, she is so involved and cares about each student that enrolls here. The students here are also so nice and inclusive. I didn’t feel left out when I started and every single student has been so helpful and never rude when I ask for their help. I definitely recommend going to entourage for beauty school! We also take clients and every student is so nice and accommodating for every one so I also recommend stopping by for any hair, skin, or nail needs!
