As first-time parents, finding the right childcare was a big decision for us, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The staff here are absolutely wonderful — warm, professional, and genuinely caring. They’ve made us feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. Communication has been excellent; they always keep us informed and take the time to answer all of our questions with patience and understanding. We truly appreciate the guidance and assistance they’ve provided, which has made our transition into parenthood so much smoother. We are grateful for the safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment they provide. It gives us peace of mind every day knowing our child is in such good hands. Highly recommend!

Michele and Ms. Alaena are amazing at Zionsville Kindercare. Another shoutout to Ms. Sam and Mr. Luke who must be working 50-60 hours a week. Glad to have my sons there; very impressive!

I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. First of they were NEVER open and always inconveniencing parents by closing down the daycare because “not enough staff”. Then they changed the hours to 7AM-5PM which is nothing short of a work day. I also had a member of staff call DCS without notifying the director saying that my daughter was dirty, had an odor, was NEVER bathed, hairstyle the same, etc. I have a biracial daughter who gets her hair braided for the week. I notified and asked the director of the center and apparently she was unaware of any calls being made. The DCS member said that the call was made earlier in the day while I was at work and that’s where my daughter goes every day. This all happened the day before I was pulling her out. I then tried to get ahold of the DISTRICT manager who then told me that she doesn’t think it would have been them who made the call. She told me she would call them and then call me back about the matters and I have called her phone every day but she refuses to pick up. They opened a case for me and I now have been spending the week trying to tell them it was a mistake. No family should have to go thru this. I have also received reports from CCDF that they have received 17 violations in the last 15 months. Just to name a few: - Program did not complete the process to ensure that staff present completed a criminal background check. - Program did not have measures in place to make sure that children washed their hands properly. - Program did not provide enough adults to care for the number of children present. Along with having CCDF I was told I had no copay through daycares but KinderCare has an overage fee and they don’t make you aware of any “overage” fees. This daycare is NOT meant for children. It is poorly ran by a ghetto staff who disregards any concern.

Our daughter has thrived in unimaginable ways at Zionsville Kindercare. The director took the time to sit down with my husband and I to openly discuss our concerns for our daughter’s care, and it was evident that she was not just hearing us, but she was listening. The teachers provide a loving and nurturing environment, and the communication we receive is incredible. All of our daughter’s food, sleep, and diaper change updates are added to the app throughout the day, so we keep up to date on how her day is going. There are no surprises, which is a huge comfort as a parent.
