  We sent our 6 month old here for daycare and had a wonderful experience! The staff all did such a great job making us feel comfortable with leaving our infant in their care. Miss Paola, the Infant teacher, is fantastic! She was very communicative and sent us lots of updates throughout the day. We had several hesitations about starting daycare for the first time, but the staff here eased all of our worries. Our little guy seems very happy every day at drop off and pick up. It is a beautiful, clean center as well!

  We are very thankful for my son’s experience at kindercare. We loved all the teaching he received during pre K class. It was wonderful and smooth experience overall.

  We love this KinderCare! Our 4yo daughter has been attending for 1.5 years. This was her first daycare experience and it’s been nothing short of excellent the entire time. She’s happy, learns new things each week, and most importantly we know she is safe & that we have reliable childcare. Ms. Ashley is a fantastic director who not only ensures the center runs well, but also is great with the children and it’s not uncommon to see her interacting with them. All of our daughters teachers have the same passion and truly enhance her time at daycare and make it memorable.

  We have been to Carmel Kindercare for over 6 months and are very satisfied with the care that our little one has been receiving. We were on the waitlist for the longest time with the previous director (who was so overwhelmed that she dropped the ball on our enrollment) and when the new director Ashley came on, things have been running smoothly ever since. I cannot say enough good things about how the leadership reflects the school. We trust Ashley’s leadership to have great teachers/staff who are patient, caring and understanding—qualities that our toddler needs in her teachers. Also when I brought up my daughter’s special needs situation, Ashley is the only one out of all the previous daycares we have experience with that accommodated her needs full on! She confidently said all the teachers will be trained in helping with my daughter’s feeding needs, got clearance from our pediatrician, got all paperwork through in timely manner and just makes us as parents with special needs child that much easier to not have to worry about her at school. We’ve been to Kiddie Academy, then the Weston both in Westfield previously. The first kicked us out once our daughter’s feeding situation changed because they weren’t ‘comfortable’ with it (appalling because the staff can be easily trained according to our pediatrician) and the 2nd required us to come in personally for each and every mealtime and had us wait months to get clearance. Meeting Ashley and coming to Carmel Kindercare with teachers that were more than accommodating for my daughter to feel she is a part of the class with her peers is a breath of fresh air. What’s more, my daughter has PT and speech therapies at the school, and even her therapists have been super pleased and have commented on the wonderful leadership and kind teachers. Many thanks to Ashley, Irene and the team for giving my daughter a chance to enjoy school—she’s loved school ever since day one!

  It is a really messed up center, probably the worst Kindercare center. I work for Indiana university school of medicine, but we were told by the previous director that we don't have a company discount when we enrolled our kid. After we enrolled for more than a year, when we transfer to another center, the director from the current center told us Kindercare does offer 10% discount for IU employee. It a lot of money we lost, but the Carmel center does not want to refund us. It is a very bad experience. This purely unprofessional practice, the Carmel center, the previous director should take the responsibility.
