  We use KinderCare on Springmill Depot Road in Westfield specifically for after‑school care, and our experience has been very positive. The staff is attentive, kind, and does a great job helping the children transition from the school day into a safe and structured after‑care environment. Communication has been reliable, and it’s reassuring to know that our child is supervised by consistent, caring staff at the end of the day. This KinderCare location has been a dependable and supportive option for after care, and we would recommend it to families looking for a reliable program in the Westfield area.

  My husband and I recently toured Springmill KinderCare, and unfortunately, our experience left us with several concerns. When we arrived, the parking lot was almost empty, which made us question whether the center was even open. Inside, the office lights were off, and the halls felt unusually quiet and empty. After waiting for a few minutes, a staff member came out to greet us and mentioned that she was one of the teachers. While I don’t usually judge based on appearance, her presentation came across as unprofessional — her uniform was noticeably unkempt, and there was a strong body odor. It gave us pause, especially considering the level of care and hygiene expected in an early childhood setting. When we asked about the center’s management, we were told that they are currently without a Director and that the Assistant Director had recently left unexpectedly. The lack of management in place made us feel uneasy about the stability and oversight of the center. While the teacher who gave the tour tried her best to answer our questions, the overall experience did not give us confidence that this would be the right environment for our child. We truly hope the center can address these concerns, as first impressions matter greatly when it comes to trusting someone with your little one’s care.

  We've been here for 4 months, and have loved it! My ten month old seems to have a great relationship with the staff and genuinely seems happy there! The director, Mr Elijah, truly seems to care about the center, staff, children, and parents and it puts my mind and heart at ease every day my son is there. Miss Stephanie, Miss Cherrie, and Miss Ceara are so warm, loving, and attentive in the infant room and my son loves them all. I am so grateful for this center!

  My little boy loved attending this daycare! I always felt good dropping him off, and the staff always loved seeing him. He met so many milestones while attending this daycare, and he made so many friends. We left due to a family member having an opening at their daycare. Ms. Bo always made sure my boy was welcomed with a smile. We truly loved it here. Only thing I would recommend is when there are new staff members hired, the center should send out messages introducing the new members that way parents aren’t surprised when there is a new adult in class with your child.

  We started sending our 5 month old to Kindercare on Springmill and 161st street in Westfield about 3 weeks ago and have been very pleased so far after 2 months of daycare at a church in Indianapolis. We thoroughly enjoy the updates through their app which keeps us informed and also entertained from the photos of his various activities throughout the day. Would recommend to family and friends.
