  I had called a lot of centers in mucie for my twins. I was automatically turned away because my four year old son is on the spectrum not potty trained. I called Muncie Kindercare and had a tour with the center director MaCayla. She was so welcoming and understanding towards my sons needs. The classroom was spacious well stocked with toys, art supplies, sensory table, books and a dramatic play area. The classroom was decorated with the children's art work and curriculum based activities for parents to see. Staff were welcoming, compassionate, patient and caring. Always greeted with a smile and a good morning. They ask how their night and or weekend were. They take time for my children and are very attentive. They have a kindercare app That is updated through out the day that let's me know what and when they last ate and how much. When they napped and for how long. They also add what activities are taking place for the day and also upload photo's daily. So you're always in the loop. My twins have been attending kindercare muncie for a little over nine months and they both love it! My daughter's always excited to go to school and never ready to leave. She's even sad on the days there's no school. My son is talking more and interacts with other children now that hes started. I couldn't ask for more.

  My Goddaughter attended this place…..avoid it! They have limited experience in dealing with children, in the words of the manager “she did not conform” what 3 year old should! Any decent daycare worker would understand a child who Is having a melt down is their way of expressing how they feel. Calling the parent away from work to deal with their child who is laying on the floor crying is telling me not only are they unprofessional but also lack basic child care training. I could understand if the melt down involved a more serious revoke eg throwing chairs but not laying on the floor. Approx 20 children to two members of staff is not good enough. Toddlers are looking after toddlers amusing themselves is that what you want to pay for? No private meeting to discuss the situation, this was done in an open forum in front of the children. Do you want your child exposed to this? Reason being lack of staff! Find a better daycare where your child will not have to “conform” one where your child will thrive. We all know childcare is expensive so choose a place where they teach and, develop your child. One that will invest in their staff that way they won’t have staff shortages! This place certainly doesn’t they just want the dollars!

  Our child used to go to an inhome daycare. And while we loved the caregivers, we were worried about the education she would be receiving as she got older. We have since moved her to Kindercare and we are so happy with her progress! She has far exceeded our initial hopes and progresses more and more every day! Highly recommend this facility!
