- MDMike DodaroFeb 12, 20215.0I was in desperate need for child care, and Brady Lane KindCare came to the rescue. The environment is warm, welcoming, and overall friendly. The center's director, Rachel Slavens, was so helpful. She gave me a tour of the facility and relieved all of my fears of leaving my three year old at a daycare. Whenever I called with a question, they immediately had answers and/or a solution. I loved the regular updates through the KinderCare app, and I cannot praise every single employee I had the pleasure of working with enough for their kindness, compassion, and patience. Thank you for everything you've done for my family.

They have a app I love and they notify you of everything to eating, what activities they doing, and take pictures so you don’t have to question and wonder what your child is doing. I recommend this daycare to anyone. LOVE IT!

The director told me that the days that I didn't have to work, my child could stay home and I would just have to clock her in and out for that day. What she didn't tell me was that when I were to do that, I would accumulate a balance because they turn in their attendance sheets for every classroom. Now I owe a balance for their greediness.

Had to peel crayon wax off my 17 month old's mouth (staff couldn't tell me if it was crayon or paint) and she was hysterical the next day (which I thought may just be her adjusting). Then on the last day she had one cut on her leg, a scratch on her nose, and a scratch on the back of her neck. Staff couldn't tell me how it happened, but rattled off several ways it could have happened, several of which were environmental hazards. Yet they seem to think it's just fine to leave these hazards around. There is no child safety program they could speak about when asked, and they only documented the one on her leg. The place is dirty and unclean. The manager's office is the dirtiest place of all - crumbs and trash all over her desk and the floor. Everyone knows daycare is an adjustment and children may take it hard - but what I found was unprofessional staff and a bad atmosphere. Parents beware.
