  I was with this specific KinderCare for almost 6 years, and for the most, I appreciated the staff and how they treated my children. But in the recent year, when management changed and they became "Skyrise", it became terrible to deal with. There was always issues with them closing certain classrooms the day of because they were short staffed, but it was issues I overlooked or worked around because of the sincerity of my children's teachers and their directors. Unfortunately, when their higher up management changed, they were forced to as well. When I fell behind on ridiculously high payments (higher than almost anyone in the area when you're paying out of pocket), I repeatedly requested a written payment plan and was told one would be provided, but it never was. Communication was inconsistent, and expectations changed verbally. After unenrolling my child, I still tried to reach out multiple times to take care of the balance in a way that didn't require paying unreasonably high payments. They responded once and said they would get back to me with the appropriate contact and never did. Instead of honoring the request for a formal agreement, the balance was sent to collections after two months of unenrolling. The lack of follow-through and clear communication is extremely disappointing from a daycare I once respected extremely. The switch in management took this place from somewhere that felt like a second family for your kids to a cold business focused only on the bottom dollar. I understand this is a business, but the way this was handled was extremely disappointing and lacked clear follow-through. If you're lucky enough to get CCDF, this is an okay establishment. Their in class room teachers are nice and my kids did love them, but one of my children did struggle in her transition to pre-k, despite reassurances from staff that she was doing great on all assessments.

  I love this place, I love the way they welcome and love the children and parents, everyone there is wonderful and lovable and they have effective and useful activities for the children. Thank you for everyone who works there I don't want to name a specific person and forget the other, but I really appreciate you guys keep going this what we need in our community.

  My daughter has been attending close to a year and so far everything has been great. They communicate with you and try their hardest when my little one isnt having the best of a day. I would reccomend to anyone ❤

  Mrs. Joyce is so kind and very inspiring when it comes to a child's education. She is patient and I am so happy to have my child under her care and supervision throughout the day. Thank you Mrs. Joyce!! Love you!
