The highlights of our experience is the oversight, standards, and regulations the Kindercares uphold along with the teachers that are greatly impactful. The Director always follows up on our asks and is directly involved with making sure teachers, classrooms, and children are all taken care of. We appreciate the follow ups and prompt responses which makes us feel like our kids are well taken care of. Whether it’s Ms Emma who helped our son take his first steps (and caught on camera!) to Ms Izzy who always gives such warm care while both kids are there, it truly makes us not want to be anywhere else in Indy.

I absolutely love how her teachers actually take time and show concern for my child while I’m away. Pictures and videos are sent regularly, as well as communication upon what’s needed for supplies, food, daily activities, behavior, etc.The staff is here early mornings and evenings, and despite any challenges they’re faced with….THIS STAFF MAKES IT HAPPEN….THESE ARE ESSENTIAL WORKERS…Overall my experience thus far has been very pleasant and positive!!!

They consistently struggle with staffing issues, resulting in frequent notifications that they can’t accommodate the children due to lack of staff. This has left us scrambling for alternative childcare on short notice, which is incredibly frustrating as working parents. We depend on them to provide reliable care, but their operations seem unorganized and unreliable. I would not recommend KinderCare if you need dependable childcare.
