  I would not take your child to this center. One thing Charmel Williams is no longer director since November of 2024. Ms Charmel is greatly missed. The center is unorganized, unclean, and POORLY RUN UNDER THE NEW CENTER DIRECTOR AND ASSISTANT DIRECTOR. PROPER PROTOCAL FOR SAFETY, CLEANINESS, AND OVERALL CARE IS NULL AND VOID. BE WARE OF THE REVIEWS SEEN AS THEY ARE FROM PREVIOUS LEADERSHIP. ALSO KINDERCARE VIOLATES ETHICS WHEN IT COMES TO REPORTING AS A STAFF MEMBER. HORIBLE, HORIBLE. HORIBLE. DO NOT AND I repeat DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD THERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

  I can't express enough how wonderful this center is. The staff genuinely care about each child's growth and happiness, creating a warm and supportive environment. In addition to the strong focus on learning and development, they also make sure the kids have lots of fun—with activities like spirit week, foam parties, and other engaging events that bring so much joy and excitement. It's amazing to see the perfect balance they strike between education and fun, helping children learn while also making great childhood memories. The communication through the app is excellent, keeping us updated and involved in our child's day-to-day experiences. Knowing my child is in such caring and dedicated hands gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend!

  Our son has been there for nearly 3 years and we’ve loved it! The teachers do a great job with their activities, and we’ve really seen him grow throughout the years. It’s easy to see how much the teachers care and it’s such a relief to see his eyes light up when he sees his friends and favorite teachers!

  I’ve had a great experience with KinderCare for my 5- year old and 6-month-old children. The school is very spacious, clean, and well-organized. One of the things I love most is how hands-on they are with the kids, there’s always something fun and engaging happening! From dance parties and water days to foam parties and visits from the ice cream truck, they really go the extra mile to make each day exciting. The teachers are kind, warm, and attentive, and I feel at ease knowing my children are in good hands. Ms Brittany, the director, is especially wonderful, she’s always welcoming, quick to respond, and genuinely cares about the families. I appreciate how involved and communicative she is. Ms Cindy, Ms Ty, Ms Ginger and Ms Ava are my favorites, HUGE shout out to them, they show up every morning with a smile on their face. They are welcoming and warm when they're tired. They're kind when life is hard on them, they're consistent, fun, and patient. They are the best! We love our teachers ❤️ Overall, KinderCare has been a loving, active, and supportive environment for my little ones. Highly recommend! Traders point KinderCare is the best in the city. I can say that because my daughter has been to 2 other kinderCare locations and this by far is my favorite.

  We have had such a great experience at Traders Point kindercare since the beginning. I recently went back to work and my youngest had a hard time adjusting at first. This facilities staff was so patient and welcoming. My kids both have a blast there and enjoy going. Every teacher I’ve been for all the various grades have been wonderful.I generally feel they all care about the kids and what they are teaching them. The director is one of the most involved people I have ever met. I always feel good leaving my kids in their care.
