  I would not take your child to this center. One thing Charmel Williams is no longer director since November of 2024. Ms Charmel is greatly missed. The center is unorganized, unclean, and POORLY RUN UNDER THE NEW CENTER DIRECTOR AND ASSISTANT DIRECTOR. PROPER PROTOCAL FOR SAFETY, CLEANINESS, AND OVERALL CARE IS NULL AND VOID. BE WARE OF THE REVIEWS SEEN AS THEY ARE FROM PREVIOUS LEADERSHIP. ALSO KINDERCARE VIOLATES ETHICS WHEN IT COMES TO REPORTING AS A STAFF MEMBER. HORIBLE, HORIBLE. HORIBLE. DO NOT AND I repeat DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD THERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

  I can't express enough how wonderful this center is. The staff genuinely care about each child's growth and happiness, creating a warm and supportive environment. In addition to the strong focus on learning and development, they also make sure the kids have lots of fun—with activities like spirit week, foam parties, and other engaging events that bring so much joy and excitement. It's amazing to see the perfect balance they strike between education and fun, helping children learn while also making great childhood memories. The communication through the app is excellent, keeping us updated and involved in our child's day-to-day experiences. Knowing my child is in such caring and dedicated hands gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend!

  I love the staff they are attentive and really care for the children. My children love coming and they love all the teachers and directors as well ❤️ 5 stars !

  We moved from AZ and we were so lucky to find Charmel and her team as most places were full. This was still very much out of the way for us but we stayed for about 10 months and running a daycare is def not an easy feat especially often at times with limited resources. Charmel has done a phenomenal job running the daycare and throughout all the hiccups I would Often see her and Ms. TyNesha fill in any gaps in the classes, the kitchen and still run the admin side of things. Kiddos were always taken care of, had water days and plenty of outdoor play time … we ended up moving closer to home once a spot opened at another daycare , but thought I would share that we had a wonderful experience and if we lived closer would not hesitate to reneroll our little one!

  Trader's Point KinderCare is a remarkable childcare center that has left a lasting positive impression on both my child and me. The staff at this facility are not only extremely friendly but also exude a genuine love and care for the children under their charge. I have been thoroughly impressed with the director, Charmel, and her incredible team. Their dedication and passion for their work is evident in the way they interact with the children and families. The use of an app for daily check-ins and updates on my child's activities is a fantastic feature that provides me with peace of mind throughout the day. It's reassuring to receive real-time updates and insights into my child's experiences at the center. I am immensely grateful for Trader's Point KinderCare for being a vital part of my child's village. The love, care, and attention they provide have made a significant difference in my child's life, and I wholeheartedly appreciate the dedication of the staff and the leadership of the director, Charmel. I would highly recommend this center to any parent seeking a nurturing and supportive environment for their child.
