- QTQueen 204 TarotDec 17, 20201.0They had a recent Covid-19 case after Thanksgiving and they did not contact parents. They waited until we arrived and informed us that they were going to be closed for 3 days due to needing a "Covid cleanse". When I spoke with the director Michelle to ask questions, she said she could assure me that my children were not in close proximity of the person affected nor could she tell me what age group of children it was around or if it was staff. My children have not returned and will not. They also add fees every quarter for parents and inform us only when we have to sign a form saying we will agree to pay the additional. Rhonda the assistant director has been very unprofessional as well and has had my daughter call me from the facility to notify me of her younger brother having an accident. I would recommend a different childcare due to their lack of professionalism. They have left 1 lady to attend to every age group by herself while the other staff left for lunches together which is against ratio standards due to them being involved in the quality paths programs by the state of Indiana. Michelle is always gone on vacation and leaving staff to do what they want. They also do not follow requirements of wearing face masks for all staff hence why there has been a case of Covid. Protect your children and keep them somewhere safer especially during this pandemic.
