Instructor judge customers, and the students and professors were talking mess about me around my kids while I was gone. Over charged and services were not performed that I scheduled. I will NEVER be back!! And from the reviews it’s obvious why the parking lot is empty. The receptionist even was beyond rude to an elderly woman who clearly had medical conditions. Shame on this school, the dean, and the services! Please be aware of this if you consider using this school!

But the girl was talking to the instructor and missed half of my head. Now I need to make another appointment to go and have it fixed. I didn't notice it until I got home and was messing around with my hair. The lighting at Ravescroft is terrible and it's difficult to see the results in the mirror
