My daughter went to Primrose for 3 years. We didn’t have a problem with the school until they built the addition and moved my daughter to the preschool room. When entering the preschool room, she clung to us for dear life and cried hysterically. We addressed this with the directors at Primrose, they said it was a phase and she would get over it. - However, this was not the case. We found out that there was physical abuse reported in her classroom. Instead of firing the teacher immediately for the abuse allegation, Primrose let her become a floater until the director returned from being out. In addition to the reported abuse, Primrose doesn’t have the staff to support the size of school and staff does NOT stay. My daughter had a new teacher about every day. In short, I would not recommend this daycare to anyone.

We couldn't love Primrose more. My husband and I are so thankful to have found Primrose for our kids. Both of our kids have been enrolled here since they were newborns (now currently in their pre-k class) and it has always been a great experience. The staff and teachers are so welcoming and friendly. Our kids love going there each day and learn so much. It's great getting the daily summaries of what they did each day and seeing photos of them having fun with their teachers and school friends. The way they have handled the pandemic has also been wonderful and we've always felt safe sending our kids.
