  PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CHILD!! My infants were only fed twice in a 9 hour period because they said it was a hectic morning. My toddler came home with scrapes on her ankle and complained of her leg hurting one day, then her back hurting two other days. I witnessed children pushing others aggressively in the classroom with ZERO intervention. They later blamed this on a child who was autistic in the classroom and accused me of being judgmental of his diagnosis. But the aggression was commonplace among multiple children and the classroom management was nonexistent. I did not receive updates the entire day on my children until asking 3 different times to communicate with me. My emails hardly were responded to. The desk was never staffed. The first week my infants were there they went to the hospital for gastrointestinal virus followed by severe sinus infection. The director was extremely argumentative when I confronted her about my child getting pushed down without incident reports or communications. When your child comes home complaining of their body hurting in different places every day and you’re in the ER with sickness that could have been avoided by cleaning toys, you will wish you listened to this warning. They put on a really good show at the beginning during the tour, but STEER CLEAR. If you want a quality safe place for your child STAY AWAY! Who knows how long my toddler sat in her own poopy diaper in the afternoon, but it stunk so badly upon pick up. She had not had a diaper change for 3 hours. This is only 2/3 weeks worth of issues. We had to pull them immediately when they wrote off the physical aggression with no intervention or reporting as age appropriate. This place does not care about your children. RUN. RUN. RUN. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILDREN HERE, PLEASE, GOD.

  My child was literally there for 3 hours on his first day to try and break him into it and get settled. His mother picked him up laying face down screaming in tears (which he cant do because he is unable to roll back over, and we stressed this)covered in food that was never cleaned from his last feeding. He has not been the same child ever since and I almost guarantee it is directly related to being at this "daycare". And now a few days later a bruise has appeared on his face. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone or their children. If I could give negative stars, I would.

  My niece and nephew used to go here. This is an AWFUL center and the reason they will NEVER go to childcare again. The management is the biggest joke I have ever seen and cares nothing for the children. They will ALWAYS sacrifice the security and the safety of children to save a few bucks. Children are constantly shuffled around from room to room and teacher to teacher which prohibits them from being able to receive any sort of structure. As someone who used to work in childcare I have seen on multiple occasions employees in a room well over ratio by themselves while there are others standing around up front doing nothing. I have also heard reports of multiple instances of CHILD ABUSE (by an employee) but management “didn’t want to get involved”. Shame on you, rainbow.

  This company is out for one thing; to make money for their big shots in corporate. They care nothing about their dedicated employees who are hardworking, and dedicate their lives to this company and the children who attend their facilities. They don't care about building relationships with children, families, and the staff. You might as well drop your kids off at the casino for the day, cause you are going to lose money and no one will think twice about your childrens' needs if it means any loss of cash. This place fires employees who have been with the company for years, and for no reason other than to hire someone else in and pay them less. This company's plan/model is not suitable for childcare; where relationships and trust are necessary foundations.
