Update: this school has paid to delete 12 one star reviews!!! This is Not a safe place for children please do not send your children here!! Brian, you can delete our reviews from Google but you cannot delete our reviews sent to corporate. Thank you. Have a nice day. My daughter attended Primrose from 2023-2025; she was in preschool, then pre-kindergarten. We experienced many different issues while we were there. The first year was okay, because we were pretty oblivious to what was going on behind the scenes. All we knew was that we had two wonderful teachers, Mo and Erin, who took wonderful care of our daughter and helped her and supported her in so many ways. As time went on, I would pick her up during snack time, where I would notice it would sometimes be a bag of diced tomatoes sometimes with a bag of Cheez-Its. The food quality became a constant issue. The Lunch menu seems much different than what they’re feeding the children. When you hear they’re having cheese quesadillas, you would think that they were making these children actual quesadillas, when in reality they don’t have any way to cook. There’s no actual stove/oven top, so they are handing out tortillas with sliced cheese and that is the entire meal. My child refused to eat the food. I started to pay more attention and saw that often there would be more than 12 students to a teacher even outside of nap time. This is against the law. The teachers had no control, they would call the office for help and would not hear back from the office at all. There are so many promises that Primrose claimed to offer that they do not. The teachers were so overwhelmed with not having support that my daughter was lacking support. The other concern was the turnover of teachers. One teacher quit about a month into Pre-K so there was only one constant teacher all year. Every single Thursday, the main teacher had the day off and my daughter would cry and not want to go to school because Miss Rachel would not be there and she knew that she would not know who her teachers would be. She feared many of the staff who would play the role of teacher, even though that was not their main role in the building. One woman’s role was to work “In the kitchen”, but she would be sent to my daughter’s classroom. My daughter was terrified of her. My daughter never knew who her teachers would be on Thursday, because they would be hired on Monday and they would last maybe two weeks. This says a lot more about the leadership at Primrose, Brian and Lisa, than it does about the people who would come in for a couple weeks and quit. The working conditions were too horrible for these employees. The only reason we stayed for the full year of pre-K was because of Miss Rachel. Her connection with my daughter took precedence because I knew she was in fantastic hands with her teacher. I have zero confidence in Brian or Lisa working in a classroom as they couldn’t manage to create a safe and happy working environment for their employees. Considering how much it costs to send your child to Primrose and how much Brian and Lisa promise, I expected a world class environment and instead got your typical office drama and poor experience that left my once eager to learn child crying and wishing she didn’t have to go to school. The day we found out, Miss Rachel was switched to a different classroom. We took our child out immediately. I highly recommend you take this into consideration before enrolling your child at Primrose. This school was so disappointing. The excellent teachers listed are no longer employed at the school because of the deplorable environment.

My kids have been going to primrose for a year now and it is hands down the best place. They learn so much and it’s more than just their numbers or abcs. They are learning how to be nice humans and learning how to navigate their big feelings. My kids LOVE going to school and seeing their teachers/friends! The school is always doing something family oriented that we love. They just had fall fest and there was so much for them to do! If you want a trusted childcare center this is the one for you 🩷
