Creme has been a breath of fresh air! We were previously at a daycare/preschool for a few years until the administration changed and the school went to shambles. I was frantically interviewing new schools and after going through Creme in Carmel, I immediately filled out the paperwork knowing my kids were going to be cared for and loved! Michelle and Ann were very open, answered all of my questions, and took the time to get to know our family. The kids have been in their care for 2 months and I have been actively advocating for other parents to consider the school for their curriculum, care, and interactive approach in communicating with parents. In regard to the curriculum, at the previous school my oldest son was working on spelling, but would get so frustrated when we would work on this at home. After two months at Creme, he is actively reading every letter/word he sees! I couldn't be happier to see my son enjoy spelling!

If I could give negative stars I would. You lost a passionate talented educator. You don't have to worry about me "trespassing"! I'll never be back hear again.

We used to send our son to this place for a few months and it was our biggest mistake. I am sure a lot of parents would send their children because the size and facilities of the daycare (They say it is preschool but I really want to argue about that as since they do not provide what preschool does but just basic stuff that what daycare provide). From the first day, we had some issues with the daycare director. We brought our son around their lunch time and they told us they do not have enough food to provide for him. So we took our son out with us to feed him some lunch before drop him off. While we were having our lunch, the director called and told me he should start the next day as it was too late to drop him off. Since then, she never have been friendly to us or even greet everytime we see her. This was our son's first daycare/preschool and we wanted to be positive towards his teachers and some teachers we met prior of pick him up and drop him off. However we realized that a few teachers including his class teachers seem like they are not happy to be there. Most of the time they do not greet us. They do not make any efforts to talk to us unless we make some efforts to talk to them. We never saw they play with toddlers whenever we come and pick him up in the middle of days especially when they have a playtime in outside. They usually busy with changing toddlers or standing and talking each other. Me and my husband felt very low and miserable energy from them all the time. One of teacher even complained about her morning how tired she is and her daughter was on her school break and had to leave her at home since she had to come to work. I remember the next day, she did not even come to work. That person seems always depressed and never said hi whenever I or my husband saw her. I doubted about this daycare but was not 100% sure if other daycare/preschool would be the same or better. However, we went ahead to disenrolled our son and that was our best decision for our son. We could tell the big differences on our son from the very first day. He is very happy to go to his new school and it never have been so easy dropping him off. Teachers are friendly and caring towards our son and we see teachers have good interactions with toddlers whenever we drop him off or pick him up. After having better daycare experience, we realized that the amount and quality of food Children's learning adventure provided was absolutely poor. I even saw one time when I was picking my son up, they threw snack on the table and toddlers were picking them up and eating. If you are reading this in order to pick a daycare/preschool for your son/daughter, PLEASE DO THINK AGAIN about this place for the sake of your children. What you are about to pay for is not going to be quality care or program. What you are about to pay for is their big building and the look of it. I do not usually leave a long review for anything but I truly do not want any parents make a same mistake that we did and I hope that this review could help you to make better decision for your children.

I'm surprised to see a few negative reviews but they don't seem to be from people with children actually going here. My child goes here and they are amazing to him. He loves his teachers and they genuinely seem to enjoy having him in their class. There's not a day that's went by where I've been concerned that he hasn't been receiving the best care. The staff is friendly and always says hello and knows our family. They even email me pics of him from time to time and a newsletter comes out every week. We've had nothing but a positive experience.
