  I had to abruptly change daycares due to my daycare shutting down. Erica was beyond amazing to get me in for a tour the next day. Ever since going here my child has improved in learning, been more engaged, and excited to go to daycare each morning. I love the extra classes like dance, ninja camp, and soccer keep my little one busy! Even if you aren’t in these classes they keep them moving! My little one has been even sleeping better at night! Each day is filled with crafts and learning as well. Its been fun to see him grow! I couldn’t be more grateful for the staff that works here as well. Everyone is so kind and takes special note of what makes my little tick and he even talks about how much fun he has with them. While getting here was an accident, I couldn’t be more grateful! When comparing daycares what stood out to me about this place was the excitable staff, the food is all fresh (yes even the fruit and veges), very large playground and yard space, and all of the activities planned far out weight any other daycare in the area (even more expensive ones).

  Before coming to KinderCare I had my son at an in home daycare. I brought him to kindercare because I needed him to get a social and structured atmosphere before attending school. Immediately my son felt comfortable and wanted me to leave him there so he could play with his friends. The staff is so kind to not only my child but to me as well. There have been numerous times they have checked in on me and my boys. They even text me if I haven’t shown up by a certain time and they didn’t know my kid would be out to check in. My youngest son, 6m at the time, had a seizure due to a fever and they acted so quickly. The assistant director, Zanalee, even met us at the hospital. The entire staff acted quickly with this incident and I couldn’t be more thankful. My oldest had some behavioral issues and they did everything they could to help me. Even provided me resources for help. Thank you to Erica, Zanalee, and all the other staff members for all you do and caring for my boys like family.

  The teachers and administrators at this daycare care for our children like their own and work tirelessly to keep them safe and provide a nurturing environment. We have been at this school for 3 years now and feel are children are safe and secure. Our kids love going to school and walk in ready to learn everyday!

  We’ve been so happy with our experience at Brownsburg KinderCare! One of the things that stands out most is how every teacher knows our kids by name — even just passing by in the hallway. It’s such a warm feeling to see how much your child is known, cared for, and truly valued. We also love the app that provides real-time updates throughout the day. We’re continually impressed by the variety of learning activities, and we’ve noticed at home how much our kids are learning and growing from their time there. The teachers go the extra mile to send pictures and videos of our girls engaged in activities — it truly brightens our day. It’s clear that each child is supported and encouraged every step of the way. Since Erica took over as director, we’ve noticed real improvements in how smoothly things run. Communication has been clear and consistent — we’re always kept in the loop. Erica even checks in if our girls are absent and we haven’t given notice that morning, which speaks to how attentive and connected she is with the families. We’re incredibly grateful for the nurturing, thoughtful environment at KinderCare and couldn’t be happier with the care they provide to our kids!

  I’d strongly suggest you start actually caring for the children entrusted to you and reevaluate who you hire before this turns into a full-blown legal disaster. Watching babies become eerily silent out of fear is not “adjusting,” it’s a clear sign of psychological harm. When multiple families pull their kids out after only days due to distress, physical marks, and emotional shutdowns, it’s only a matter of time before someone does more than write a review. Keep neglecting these children, keep employing people who handle babies roughly and silence them with fear, and you’ll be dealing with far more than angry parents — you’ll be answering to investigators and lawyers. Consider this your early warning, Erica.
