The app having a million updates throughout the day with photos and meals is priceless. The love they received at Kindercare West Chicago is appreciated tremendously. - NRNixie RuedaJul 23, 20251.0If you are thinking of touring this Kinder Care, think twice. I went there for a tour a couple of weeks ago and the place smelled so gross as soon as you enter. The place is not clean at all, the area where kids are at also looked dirty, floors more than anything. There was opened bread outside of the infant room and it looked old and dry. I hope not all Kinder Care locations are this filthy. I left and never looked back. First impression is important and I was not impressed.

In the beginning we were so apprehensive about which day care center to choose.. After this last year we wouldn't have it any other way. The teachers cater to our particular feeding schedules and nap times. They're also incredibly warm and compassionate and have earned our son's trust and our own. Management is also really easy to work with. They have been accommodating at the times that we needed to bring in our son an extra day, when a life event came up. I would recommend this center to anyone.
