  My son has been attending daycare here for over a year now and all the staff have been pleasant to work with! Nobody has ever given my son or I any problems. Everyone is always happy to help or assist in any way they can and we’ll forever be grateful for Kindercare! Highly recommend this location for a budget friendly price ☺️☺️

  Let me start off with saying ms. Dess and ms. Jayde were the best dou directors ever. (Five stars for those two ladies) The past 6-7 weeks have been terrible. School age class is a group of wild ones. Ms Stephanie the director allows certain things to happen and won’t send a child home for bad behavior. They can’t keep staff probably cuz the director, the staff that is there is barely holding on. Would NOT recommend

  Charge SO many fees & unnecessary money even though I had help from ywca it’s impossible to even keep up with. Can’t keep any staff, always new teachers so no stability for the kids. Had several occasions with biting & no incident reports and no teacher could even tell me what happened.. My kids were always getting sick alll the time. I do not recommend this Kindercare location.

  I would like to share my experience with the Philip Rd. Kinder Care located in Vernon Hills. As the Virus spread, and things were shutting down, my local Kinder Care also shut down, unfortunately without a lot of warning. My place of business is considered “essential”, so I still had to go to work, but was in a very tight spot as I had no day care for my son and not much idea of what to do. Luckily for me, my local location was able to help me connect with the Vernon Hills location, which was still open. They even handled getting my son transferred over there! I was stunned (and quite relieved) that my local location would do that for me. It was only supposed to be for a few weeks, but as I’m sure that we’ve all experienced, things didn’t go as planned. My son ended up being there for the summer as well. I couldn’t be happier that he is there! It is a wonderful location and Sandy and Aly (the Director and Asst. Director) have been extremely helpful over the course of the past few months given the situation. They have gone above and beyond to help out. I can also see, from the daily reports that I get, that my son is learning things and doing fun activities, and not just sitting around playing video games all day. I really like the fact that he continues to learn. He enjoys being there, as has made several new friends at the location. As the school year is about to “begin”, we’ll be going back to our normal location as Kinder Cares are set up for e-learning now. We’ll really miss the Vernon Hills location and seeing the people there. The place turned a terrible situation into an excellent experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this location for anyone looking for day care for their children. --Dan H
