To be honest I just don’t like that lady Deja she comes off as selfish and greedy and that isn’t a person I like around kids.

Moving to a new state is never easy, especially with twins, but KinderCare on 80th Avenue truly made the transition so much smoother for our family. After visiting several other daycares and feeling unsure, I called KinderCare, and Maria answered the phone. From the moment she spoke, her warm and welcoming tone immediately put me at ease. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and with such confidence that I instantly felt reassured. What made the moment even more special was when Maria shared that she is also a twin—it felt like a sign that we had found the right place. Since enrolling, KinderCare 80th has been nothing short of amazing to both my twins and me. The care, communication, and genuine kindness from the staff have exceeded my expectations. I’m so grateful we found them.

My experience with this specific Kinder Care well first off I’d like to say if this location wasn’t so unorganized it could actually be ok. My issue is that they are always under staffed (But who isn’t) however there still has to be structure in the school for the benefit of the children. For example my child has a speech delay, He understands very well but hasn’t began to talk yet. This is very sensitive to me and I am very protective due to the matter. My son actually got aquatinted to the two teachers that were in his class after a while and they began to learned his communication styles slowly but surely, but then they’ll move those teachers to another room (as well as another building) and have unknown individuals fill in. Now it’s ok to have fill ins however these individuals knew nothing about the children and their needs. Who needs what or who requires special attention. I would pick my child up in unknown clothing, too little clothing, too little pull ups that weren’t his, wrong coat (too small) while going out for recess, lost blanket for nap time. I remained calm about it but it started to become a every day thing. I would ask the staff where are my son’s clothes and why is it that they are being removed every day!! No one would have an explanation and the staff would blame each other or the fill ins. I send a pair of “WARM CLEAN CLOTHING THAT FITS APPROPRIATELY” everyday! so there’s no reason for this to happen. Today I witnessed my kid on the playground with the wrong coat, wrong clothing, his warm clothes he came in were lost. His actual coat was in his cubby, However he was outside with a coat that did not fit and obviously wasn’t his as well as no hat. The owner’s assistant was very nonchalant and could careless about my feelings or my concerns which really bothered me, “once again my son can’t speak up for himself so I’m his protector and his voice when needed! I was informed by one of the teachers that they weren’t there the entire day once again! and that there were 3 fill ins here (once again pointing the finger) I asked the reason why my son had all the wrong clothes on including coat , no undershirt nothing I sent him in. She stated I don’t know, I’m not sure. Today was my last straw I had already had in my mind my kid will not return. As a parent with a non verbal (talking) child there has to be structure, The same teacher whom the children know and are familiar with helps tremendously. My child was in distress when I picked him up holding his head, very dehydrated, and crying. He’s never that way he’s a happy kid always smiling and looking for a hug. so I knew something was wrong. Working with children is not a customer service job and requires a bit more of patience and skills set. The people whom are being hired doesn’t have a background in childcare which is where the problems are coming about. This place is missing structure! Organization, and a solid team. The kids are missing the consistency and familiarity with teachers and staff so that they feel comfortable in a learning environment. This location was just entirely too chaotic and unorganized for my child and his condition.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this location, my daughters have been here for a year and they are so happy coming in and sad because they have to leave. The teachers are AMAZING ! They definetly show that they care about the children and their education!
