Sending your child to a new school can be daunting at first, but Mr. Patel and the whole team at Primrose has made us feel comfortable since the moment we stepped through the door. Our son is thriving and that alone makes it all worth it. I would 100% recommend Primrose School to anyone looking for child care.

He had so much fun during field trips, but I noticed he didn’t like going to camp when there were no field trips scheduled. He enjoys hanging out with older kids, especially since our neighbor’s kid also attended, but the boys were separated due to the year difference. It would have been nice if there could be exceptions to their age group rules, but I also understand that they have age groups for a reason. Aside from that, I do recommend the program!

Our 15 month old was only enrolled for 2 months, and we saw HUGE improvements in her vocabulary, sign language and overall development as a toddler. The relationship formed with her teacher and teacher assistant was lovely to see. Our daughter found comfort in the teachers almost instantly. The communication to parents was wonderful throughout the day to see that she was having a great day at school! All of the staff, directors and owners truly care about the students, other staff and the building. I highly recommend enrolling your child at Primrose St Charles West.

We appreciate that it is independently owned, and the owner is frequently on site, so accessibility and communication are very good. Any time we've had a question or concern, it was addressed immediately. Academically our kids have learned so much through the curriculum, but even more than that, they are loved and well- cared for. Our family is identified by name every time we walk in the door, and all of the teachers know our kids, including ones that didn't directly teach them. It definitely has a family feel to it. Like most child care centers, they do utilize an app for daily updates as well as pictures, which is nice to have. The building is also secured with an app for drop-off/pick-up access.
