  Choosing Crème de la Crème in South Barrington has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our family. After extensive tours and research, we initially chose Crème because Ashley immediately stood out with her passion and leadership, and because the security is excellent, including fingerprint-required access that provides real peace of mind. We have continued at Crème for an ever-growing list of reasons. They offer a wide range of scheduling options and include enrichment activities directly within the school day—such as soccer, ballet, Ninja Warriors, and more. As two working parents, having these opportunities built in has been invaluable and has eliminated the need to juggle work schedules around outside activities. Rather than a traditional daycare model, the program feels like a thoughtfully designed learning experience (while looking like Main Street in Disneyworld). Children rotate rooms throughout the day, exploring subjects like music, art, STEM (including coding!), Spanish, and more. They get dedicated play time inside, outside, and, during the summer, at their onsite waterpark. The teachers are incredibly loving, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child. The healthy meals and snacks provided are another major bonus. Our four-year-old started here at age two, and our second daughter began at just three months old. Since enrolling, both children have truly thrived. With our now six-month-old, the teachers focus on developing motor and cognitive skills which we see grow every day. Our four-year-old regularly says and does emotionally and intellectually impressive things that clearly come from what she has learned here (because they definitely didn’t come from us!). We also greatly appreciate the frequent photos and updates we receive throughout the day. We are incredibly grateful for the care, structure, and enrichment Crème de la Crème provides and would highly recommend it to any family seeking exceptional early childhood education.

  We have had a wonderful experience at Crème and cannot say enough good things about this center. They offer a variety of programs, including morning only and full time options, which makes it easy to find a schedule that truly works for your family. The day is thoughtfully structured with children rotating into enrichment rooms that follow a set curriculum, including a STEM lab, music, art, Spanish, and more. Kids are broken into smaller groups throughout the day, DCFS ratios are always maintained, and they are never packed into one classroom all day. The rotating schedule, set in blocks about every half hour, keeps children engaged and greatly reduces boredom and behavioral issues. My son attended another center prior to Crème and had a very difficult experience. Since starting here, he has been thriving socially, emotionally, and academically, and he is genuinely happy and excited to go to school. There can sometimes be a stigma attached to large childcare brands, but the reality is that a center is only as good as its teachers and leadership. Crème’s teachers are what truly make this center exceptional, and we are incredibly grateful to be part of their community. Highly recommend !

  Our kids love it here! The teachers are top notch and truly care about every child. The facility is amazing to say the least. I love all the various classes they have, to keep every day interesting for the kids. Very happy we chose Creme!

  My first child went to Creme since he was 1, in 2013, all the way till Pre-k. When he went to Kindergarten he was MORE than ready. Great teachers! Now I have another 2 there and can’t imagine them going to any other daycare! We love Creme ❤️

  I am glad my colleague referred me! I have tried Bright horizons, Gardner and the YMCA before finding out about Crème de la Crème! Cleanliness- A+ Safety- A+ love their security check in and cameras in all classrooms. Curriculum- A+ appreciate the Spanish lessons at no extra cost like the Gardner charges! My son has learned a lot in just three months! Price- A+ diapers and wipes are included in the tuition! All daycares do not. Location- A+ big park lot. Pick-up/ drop off was easy! Close to all shopping centers! Most parking lots from daycare centers are very congested making pick up hard! Staff- very professional and warm! Love .Ms. Maria and the Director with the whole staff are always so welcoming. Communication A++ LOVE THEIR PROCARE APP! The app is easy to navigate, I get frequent updates and able to message staff anytime! Gardner- they use tadpoles and only got updates after I picked my son up 😬, could not message teachers. Bright horizons- great on updates but could not message teachers. OPEN DOOR POLICY- LOVE having the options to pick up my son early if needed to be! Most daycares do not have this policy!! Strongly recommend, and appreciate their free trial for a few hours! It made me feel confident on enrolling my son. Unlike other centers I wasted time and fees, because I did not liked it at the end of the day :( Aesthetics- A+ love the first one decorating their halls and classroom! Looks like a museum and makes learning fun! I really enjoyed their indoor pond and outside water park!! We are proud to experience Crème de la Crème. Happy toddler, happy mom :)
