  We have absolutely loved every minute of our time at this KinderCare. Our oldest son started here when he was 3 and stayed until he began kindergarten, and our youngest has been here since he was an infant—he’s now 3 as well. Even though we live 40 minutes away, we gladly made the drive because of the wonderful staff and the care our boys received. Every teacher has shown so much love, patience, and kindness. My boys adored each of their teachers and thrived during their time here. Like any daycare, there have been the normal bumps and bruises that come with kids being kids, but every single situation was handled with comfort, care, and great communication. The only reason we are leaving is because our family schedule has changed, and with our oldest’s extracurricular activities, the long drive is no longer manageable. Otherwise, we would have happily stayed here much longer. We are so grateful for everything this center has done for our family, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and supportive place for their children.

  I am BEGGING you do not take your babies to this daycare. Not only did they feed my breastmilk to another persons baby “accidentally” even though the bottles are labeled. My mother went to pick up my child one day and when walking into his classroom he was alone with one lady screaming as if he was hurt, he had a huge welt on his head completely red. The staff member said that nothing happened when she was asked. I later called asking what happened and why there’s no explanation to the now very dark prominent bruises on my child’s head and nothing. Until going in and speaking in person she later said that “he fell”. Accidents happen, what concerns me the most is why she originally said that nothing had happened. Mind you there is still no incident report in place. She was alone with my child, who can’t speak to tell me what really happened. This situation will always leave me wondering what really happened. Had she dropped him? Had she hurt him? Or was she telling the truth? he had 2 large welts on his forehead that lasted about 3 weeks. Terrible daycare, I do not recommend.

  When we found out we were going 100% remote for school, I contacted Wise KC and was so happy to hear they were developing a VLearning Classroom. We moved from another KC out of our school district that we loved, but we love Wise KC just as much. Ashley & Maxine are very helpful and responsive to concerns!! The steps they have taken to keep the kids, their staff and the parents safe during this crazy time are very reassuring!! I was worried my 7 yr old would be upset leaving the KC he had been in for 5 years, but after day 2 he told me " I love this KC mom". He said the kids and teachers are very nice and fun. I love the KC app they use to send messages and pictures of daily activities as well as a food report. I also am very grateful that they have an additional educational program of their own -- I like seeing my son use paper and pencil some these days!! :) I HIGHLY recommend Wise Road Schaumburg KinderCare to care for your little ones!!!!

  I have been taking my son to this KinderCare location since he was 3 months old (he’s almost 2) & this place completely changed my views on “daycares” . All the people that work at this location are kind and very loving people. I trust them completely with my son and know he is safe. He gets excited to see all his teachers and I know how much he enjoys being here because I used to have a hard time getting him to want to leave with me ! 😆 I was I initially hesitant about returning after COVID but they have been very cautious and are taking every step necessary to ensure the safety of all the kiddos. Temp checks, for the parent and child, pick up and drop offs are one by one. My son doesn’t necessarily have to return to daycare since I work from home now, but I know he loves being there so I kept him on part time to make sure he has a spot. I get updates all day long about all his diaper changes, activities and meals. I love all the teachers and the director is amazing as well! I have zero complaints about this place and am so grateful to have found such a gem! I definitely recommend this place to any parent looking for a cozy family environment for your little ones!

  The staff at the centre are fantastic. The director is very professional and at the same time so friendly. My child just loves her teachers and so do we.
