  Krystal the director has been great, along with good communication skills. Prompt to help out if needed. I like the open hours and it helps with my long days for work. My child enjoys going to this daycare along with her peers.

  My son has been going there since August of 2018, and they have been amazing with him. The staff is always friendly and they treat my son very well. They take an interest in helping him achieve and celebrate his milestones, as well as give great feedback on his daily experiences. They provide a safe and happy environment and we couldn't be happier with our decision to choose this location.

  My 16mo old attended St Charles for about 6 weeks. I was basically paying for him to get sick every other week. 2 weeks after he started he got the "flu" and puked for 7 days straight. He went back for a week and came home with HFMD. Also, apparently the class sizes are too big because my son came home with a huge gash on his eye the first week he started from a table that he had already hit his head on earlier that week. I had read a previous review about this place being dirty but disregarded because it was from several years ago and I had been referred by a friend who I trusted. Unfortunately I can now back the previous review and say that the infant and toddler rooms are both extremely dirty and personally only trust 2 teachers there. Just my personal experience!

  Staff is so very friendly. I called to schedule a tour and I just had to post this review because of how kind and helpful they were just over the phone! I spoke with Whitney and she was wonderful. ❤️
