  I need to get their attention to the fact the assistant director sucks, and so does the director, because she is never present; she never reached out to me to resolve this matter. The assistant made herself blameless and the victim of the matter. So unprofessional. I will never recommend this place. Do not say I did not warn you.

  If I could give no stars, that would be great. They are scammers. I went in to look at daycare. I told her I was going to visit more daycares. She tricked me, had me sign a sheet, and told me I had registered and owed a payment. Like what, and now they will not take it off since I went to another daycare. We never went here so them charging is ridiculous. I told her I would let her know. It is the assistant director, the woman who sits at the front desk and is a little on the bigger side. IDK why she is so miserable that she has to charge and trick parents prior to deciding if I wanted to come here. She said she would talk to the director and would call me back. SHE NEVER DID. SHE SENT IT TO COLLECTIONS! WOW, lady, good way to make business. I recommend the Schaumburg location over anywhere else. The place is so tiny, the rooms are so tiny, no space for kids, and the kids looked miserable, at least in the toddler room. Poor kids, poor parents. I'm disappointed that the director didn't call me, and the assistant handled this.

  My daughter has been at this school since she was 4 months old, and now at 2, I can truly say it was the best decision we made. From day one, I’ve felt completely at ease knowing she is well cared for. The dedication of the teachers is unbelievable; they go above and beyond to help her learn and grow every single day. I am so grateful to the entire team for the love they show her!"

  My family and I are so grateful for everyone at East Roselle KinderCare. My child has been attending this KinderCare for the last three years and it has brought us so much peace knowing that each and every educator in this building is making the best possible experience for our child's education. From the kindness of the teachers, the thoughtfulness of the day-to-day lessons to the events for students and families, everything offered has been outstanding. I know when I drop off my child that they are receiving the best possible education and that everyone here is taking great care of her! Thank you for all that you do, everyone here means so much to me and my family!

  I love this daycare. My daughter was with them for Three years before starting kindergarten And, until this day, she’s still wishes, she can go back. The staff is wonderful and I always left in peace, knowing my kids were with amazing persons and safe! They have so many activities for the kids and update you with pictures and reports daily! I will miss them!
