They are not nice because my friend had breast cancer and had her breast removed and a teacher was not considerate to her feelings during a training. Not cool.

Degree- Bachelor's in Healthcare Managemnt, (Romeoville, IL.) Admissions process: Mona Rae has been a God send throughout the entire admissions process. She went above and beyond to encourage me and walk me through each step in the process. There were a lot of hiccups in the financial aid process including me having to amend my taxes to correct my filing status to qualify for financial aid. She held my hand in getting all of that done. She assisted with explaining the additional FAFSA forms needed on FAFSA.gov, and she carefully went over my program options and patiently broke everything down to me as many times as I asked her to. After everything was completed and classes started, she followed up with me to make sure I was comfortable with my online courses and navigating the system. Again, she has gone above and beyond to help me with all of this and it really makes me feel hopeful and reassured about my educational choice. I am 35 years old and have been trying to finish school through community colleges all of my adult life. Although Rasmussen is private and substantially more expensive, if it goes this smooth throughout the entire program, it will have been well worth the money!

I went to school back in 2013. I ended up dropping out of school or allowing my classes to fall behind and taking D's and F's for the last semester of school because we had a death in the family that rocked all of us and I was forced to pick up all the pieces and let something go. This year (8 years later) I was able to come back to school with the help of an admissions advisor. Mona Rae walked me through all the steps I needed to take in order to apply back to school and apply for re-entry. It only took a few phone calls and I was able to come back into the school with very little hassle. I thought for sure that I would be told I couldn't return because of how low I had allowed my GPA to fall. Mona submitted my request for return and guess what...I was approved. No appeal needed, and I was able to fly thorough the steps of getting classes set up for the August classes. I couldn't be more thrilled to be going back. So far the process was easy, smooth, and very user friendly. I have had a couple issues tech wise, but the personal support number has helped every time I have ran across an issue technologically. If you want to go back to school, now is the time to do it!
