My experience in the Medical Assistant program at Rasmussen University has been both challenging and rewarding. The courses provided a strong foundation in clinical skills, medical terminology, and patient care, while the hands-on labs helped build my confidence in real-world procedures like taking vital signs, injections, and phlebotomy. The instructors Dr. Davis she is so supportive and knowledgeable, always willing to help and share real healthcare experiences. One of the most valuable parts of the program was the lab experience, where I gained confidence performing vital signs, injections, blood draws, and using electronic health records.

I had a really great experience in the Medical Assistant program at Rasmussen University. The instructors were knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in student success. They took the time to explain material clearly, encouraged questions, and made sure we felt confident in both the clinical and administrative skills needed for the field.
The program is well-structured, hands-on, and prepares you for real-world medical settings. I especially appreciated how the medical assistants and instructors treated students with respect and understanding while still holding us to high standards. That balance helped me grow academically and professionally.
Overall, Rasmussen’s Medical Assistant program provided a solid education, strong support system, and the skills needed to succeed. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to pursue a career as a Medical Assistant.
