  After having another kid and experiencing other daycares through the years, I can confidently say this is the WORST daycare I have ever come across. Absolutely steer clear of this place.

  They keep having us go in circles. They say they are hiring more help by a certain date then each time we call they tell us oh call back on this day. I don't know about anyone else but I don't have time to mess around.

  Mrs Laurie in the school age was amazing. Everything was great until I found out that my school age kid can’t go here anymore due to Covid and back to school. Explanation of it was not clear and I was left with a giant bill no one communicated with me on but I was told they’d ‘find out more details for me soon’.... leaving here bummed ☹️

  We have been taking our daughter to KinderCare since she was 3 Months old. We looked at 5 other Daycare Centers before we decided on KinderCare, and the reason why we decided on joining the KinderCare Family is exactly because of that! They make us feel like family! What made them different than everyone else is that when we walk in to the Center everyone welcomes us and our daughter. We never walk by someone without interacting with them. They are extremely accommodating when “life” happens. They know that as parents of infants and toddlers we can try to plan and schedule as much as we want to, but as we all know, it never goes that way. They are always there to help us make life just a little easier any way they can. And they always help us out while being positive and happy! Our daughter is now 2 years old, and she is loving going to school every single day. She runs in and we have to ask for her to say bye to us because she is so eager to go see her friends. We now also have our youngest daughter at KinderCare. She started at 3 Months old as well, and the infant room just like the toddler rooms is just full of love and happiness. Stephanie and Emma are doing an amazing job as the Center Administrators. If you are thinking about using KinderCare Rock Island as your Daycare Provider – Just go visit once. They will greet you with open arms!
