  The staff at this daycare are welcoming and truly amazing. My children have learned so much and genuinely enjoy their time here. Since enrolling, we’ve seen wonderful growth both socially and academically. The director and assistant director are always available and supportive, making families feel valued and cared for. I highly recommend enrolling your children at this daycare.

  Experiencia maravillosa en Balwin Road KinderCare desde los 4 meses Nuestro hijo ha asistido al Balwin Road KinderCare desde que tenía solo 4 meses (ahora tiene 11 meses), y ha sido una experiencia **excelente para toda la familia. Lo que más valoramos: 1. Las Maestras: Son verdaderamente excepcionales. Profesionales, atentas y llenas de cariño. Se nota que quieren mucho a los niños y saben cómo acompañar su desarrollo. La adaptación inicial fue manejada con mucha sensibilidad. 2. Comunicación Constante: A través de la aplicación del centro, recibimos actualizaciones diarias con fotos, actividades, cambios de pañal, alimentación y sueño. Esto nos da una tranquilidad enorme y nos hace sentir conectados con su día. 3. Confianza y Cercanía: Sabemos que nuestro hijo está en un ambiente seguro, estimulante y afectuoso donde ha florecido. Además, la ubicación cerca de nuestra casa es una gran ventaja. Recomendamos sin dudas el Balwin Road KinderCare a padres que busquen un cuidado infantil profesional, cálido y transparente para sus bebés.   I would not recommend this daycare for any child. There is a staff member named Sam (or Samantha) who brings my niece into the facility, despite the fact that my niece is not a registered child at this daycare. This is extremely troubling. I've heard multiple disturbing accounts involving this individual. Allegedly, Sam has hit my niece, and even used marijuana in her presence. While cannabis use is legal in Illinois, it is absolutely inappropriate and dangerous to expose a child to drug use—especially in a daycare setting where professional conduct should be paramount. Beyond the concerns for my niece’s safety and wellbeing, this behavior suggests broader violations of daycare licensing rules and standards. If these claims are true, this individual may be endangering children and violating state laws and policies. As someone who works in HR, I also take issue with her reportedly leaving the daycare premises while still on the clock, including showing up at my sister’s home attempting to start a physical altercation—again, during work hours. This is a clear case of time theft and unacceptable conduct in any workplace, let alone one that cares for children. I urge the daycare management and relevant authorities to conduct a full investigation into this situation. No parent should have to worry that their child is being left in the care of someone who disregards safety, professionalism, and the law. Please think about your children and what foundations you want for them.

  Mis niños van a Esta guarderia desde pequeñito. Me gusta que me tienen informado de lo que pasa en El salon y me mundane fotos por la applicacion.

  My grandbaby comes here n they r terrific! My grandbaby comes home from the daycare n is so happy to tell me about his day with everything he learned. Great school n a great staff!
